摘要: A continuous rotary filling and packaging machine covers a container body with a molded lid and ultrasonically seals the container body. The molded lid to produce a sealed container includes a lid detecting device 70 disposed on the downstream side of the lid supplying device 60 and an ultrasonic sealing device 100 including lifting and lowering means including a cam mechanism for lifting and lowering a container table 103. The lifting and lowering means is configured such that the molded lid on the container body and a seal working surface of an ultrasonic horn 108 come into press-contact with each other at a top dead point of the container table. A container table lowering control mechanism does not lift, to the top dead point, a container table of a container whose container body does not have the molded lid placed thereon or properly placed thereon as determined.

摘要: An aseptic filling apparatus of the rotary type comprises an aseptic chamber 12 provided for surrounding a path of transport of containers along with a turntable 41. An air discharge channel 71 is provided between the turntable 41 and the aseptic chamber 12. A channel control member 81 is fixedly disposed so as to cover the air discharge channel 71, and to be opposed to the turntable 41 and the aseptic chamber 12 with the channel 71 positioned therebetween. Seal clearances 101, 102 are formed between the turntable 41 and the channel control member 81, and a vent clearance 92 is provided between the aseptic chamber 12 and the channel control member 81. A collection pipe 112 is in communication with the vent clearance 92.

摘要: A liquid metering-filling apparatus is provided which includes a container transport conveyor intermittently drivable so as to halt containers one by one at a filling station. A filling nozzle is disposed above a path of transport of containers at the filling station. A metering cylinder houses a piston and has an outlet in communication with the filling nozzle. An inlet check valve is provided at an inlet of the metering cylinder. An outlet check valve is provided at any one of the outlet of the metering cylinder and inside of the filling nozzle. The liquid metering-filling apparatus also includes a driver for causing the piston to perform a cycle of stroking movement every time the conveyor is driven by one pitch. A photoelectric sensor is provided at the filling station for detecting any one of the presence and absence of a container of the plurality of containers at the filling station. A photoelectric sensor is provided at a stop station for detecting any one of the presence and absence of a container of the plurality of containers at the stop station which is immediately preceding the filling station upstream therefrom. The liquid metering-filling apparatus also includes a valve opening-closing member for opening the inlet check valve upon the photoelectric sensor at the filling station detecting the absence of a container of the plurality of containers and the photoelectric sensor at the stop station detecting the presence of a container of the plurality of containers.
