摘要: Various implementations described herein include methods and systems for coding video. In one aspect, a video bitstream includes a current image frame and a first syntax element for a bi-predictive intra block copy (IBC) mode. Based on the first syntax element, it is determined that a current coding block of the current image frame is coded with two reference coding blocks located in a reconstructed portion of the current image frame according to the bi-predictive IBC mode. The two reference coding blocks corresponding to the current coding block are identified in the reconstructed portion of the current image frame. A target weight associated with the two reference coding blocks is adaptively determined for the current coding block, and used to combine the two reference coding blocks and predict the current coding block. The current image frame is reconstructed, and includes the current coding block.

An apparatus includes processing circuitry that encodes information associated with a current point of a plurality of points of a point cloud. The plurality of points is partitioned into multiple bounding boxes. The processing circuitry determines whether a first size of a hash table is greater than or equal to a predetermined maximum size of the hash table. The processing circuitry removes information associated with non-boundary points in the multiple bounding boxes from the hash table based on the first size of the hash table being greater than or equal to the predetermined maximum size of the hash table. The processing circuitry stores the encoded information associated with the current point into the hash table.

When an extrapolation filter-based intra prediction (EIP) mode is active for a current block of the plurality of blocks, the method also includes determining, when a boundary condition is met for the current block, one or more EIP mode parameters from a first set of EIP parameters. When the boundary condition is not met for the current block, the method also includes determining the one or more EIP mode parameters from a second set of EIP parameters, where the second set of EIP parameters includes one or more parameters not included in the first set of EIP parameters. The method further includes reconstructing the current block using the one or more EIP mode parameters.

摘要: The various implementations described herein include methods and systems for coding video. In one aspect, a video bitstream includes a current image frame having a current coding block and signals a first syntax element for a residual template cross-component residual model (RT-CCRM) mode. When the RT-CCRM mode is enabled, the computing system identifies, in the current coding block, a first chroma sample and one or more luma samples corresponding to the first chroma sample, determines one or more residuals of the one or more luma samples in the current coding block, and applies a residual filter corresponding to the RT-CCRM mode to generate a first residual of the first chroma sample based on the residuals of the one or more luma samples. The computing system reconstructs the current image frame by compensating a predicted chroma sample with at least the first residual to reconstruct the first chroma sample.

摘要: In a method of real-time network monitoring and location updating, a location report is received by an unmanned aerial system application enabler (UAE) server from a location management (LM) server. The location report indicates location information of a user equipment (UE). A first network event notification associated with the UE is received by the UAE server from a network resource management (NRM) server. The first network event notification indicates a connection status of the UE with a network. In response to detecting a re-connected status of the UE, a second networking event notification is received by the UAE server from the NRM server. The second networking event notification indicates that the UE reconnects to the network. Further, (i) the second networking event notification, (ii) an identity of the UAE server, and (iii) most recently updated location information of the UE from the LM server are recorded by the UAE server.
