    摘要: The present invention relates to a method of producing a negative temperature coefficient resistor (NTCR) sensor, the method comprising the steps of: providing a mixture comprising uncalcined powder and a carrier gas in an aerosol-producing unit, with the uncalcined powder comprising metal oxide components; forming an aerosol from said mixture and said carrier gas and accelerating said aerosol in a vacuum towards a substrate arranged in a deposition chamber; forming a film of the uncalcined powder of said mixture on said substrate; and transforming the film into a layer of spinel-based material by applying a heat treatment step.

Two of the four side walls have a respective incision at their edges for introducing a fastening element and the two other side walls have a respective clearance in alignment with the oppositely disposed incision to facilitate a placement of a tool at a fastening element introduced into the respective incision.

    摘要: The invention relates to an outdoor lighting unit for lighting streets, pavements, industrial grounds, and the like, comprising one LED light source which includes several light emitting diodes in a two-dimensional array, and a housing. The housing has a single-piece solid housing element, which has at least one planar assembly section on an underside, on which a backside of the LED light source is arranged in heat-conducting connection in a planar manner. The housing element further has on said underside a circumferential wall section, which projects downwardly from the plane of the assembly section. Further, the housing element comprises an exposed cooling section on an upper side, which is convexly curved and has several cooling channels, which extend along the convex curvature. The housing element also comprises a holding portion, by means of which the lighting unit can be secured to a holding device in a self-supporting manner.

    摘要: A high voltage controller configured to drive a high voltage generator. The high voltage controller includes a voltage select input and a current select input, an actual voltage input and an actual current input. First circuitry is configured to generate an alternating current (AC) drive signal. Second circuitry configured to generate a direct current (DC) drive signal. Closed loop control circuitry is configured to adjust the DC drive signal based on at least one of the voltage select and current select inputs and at least one of the actual voltage and actual current inputs. The first circuitry may include a push-pull circuit. The second circuitry may include a pulse width modulation (PWM) controller. A high voltage generator may be coupled to the AC and DC drive signals. The high voltage generator may include a high voltage transformer having a pair of primary windings and center tap. The AC drive signal may be coupled to the primary windings and the DC drive signal may be coupled to the center tap.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing resistor units that each comprise a carrier comprising resistor elements including ends with a respective first and second electrical terminal is disclosed. The method includes: a) providing a carrier plate; b) forming strips of a resistor material at the lower side of the carrier plate in a regular pattern such that a respective row of strips of the resistor material is formed along a longitudinal direction; c) forming a plurality of zones of an electrically conductive material at the lower side of the carrier plate in a regular pattern such that a respective row of zones of the electrically conductive material is formed along the longitudinal direction; and d) cutting through the carrier plate by regular transverse incisions, first longitudinal incisions, and second longitudinal incisions such that a respective resistor unit and a respective residual section are alternately formed along a transverse direction.
