摘要: Methods and systems for generating a plurality of matching items that match a reference item are disclosed. The method includes first determining reference attribute data for the reference item, where the reference attribute data is multimodal. Next, selecting a deep learning multimodal matching model from a plurality of candidate multimodal matching models. The selected deep learning multimodal matching model has a first deep learning neural network (DLNN) for processing data having a first data mode and a second DLNN analyzer for processing data having a second data mode. Then, matching a potential matching item to the reference item using the selected deep learning multimodal matching model to generate a match score, where the match score is computed based on the reference attribute data for the reference item and attribute data for the potential matching item. Finally, adding the potential matching item to the plurality of matching items based on the match score.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide the use of a conditional Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) to simultaneously correct and downscale (super-resolve) global ensemble weather or climate forecasts. Specifically, a generator deep neural network (G-DNN) in the cGAN comprises a corrector DNN (C-DNN) followed by a super-resolver DNN (SR-DNN). The C-DNN bias-corrects coarse, global meteorological forecasts, taking into account other relevant contextual meteorological fields. The SR-DNN downscales bias-corrected C-DNN output into G-DNN output at a higher target spatial resolution. The GAN is trained in three stages: C-DNN training, SR-DNN training, and overall GAN training, each using separate loss functions. Embodiments of the present invention significantly outperform an interpolation baseline, and approach the performance of operational regional high-resolution forecast models across an array of established probabilistic metrics. Crucially, embodiments of the present invention, once trained, produce high-resolution predictions in seconds on a single machine.

摘要: Systems that search databases of videos or images to identify similar products in a given video or image of a product are disclosed. The content of the given video is represented by a feature vector used to measure the given video's similarity to either a video or an image. When the system is deployed to recognize particular fashion items in videos, some such videos are taken in uncontrolled settings, and as a result, may have low resolution, poor contrast, minimal focus, motion blur, or low lighting. By recognizing and removing poor quality video frames from the image recognition pipeline, associating products across video frames to form tracklets of each product, and enriching the feature representation of each item for best retrieval result by fusing information from multiple video frames depicting the item, the system addresses the aforementioned shortcomings.

The intercom station includes an audio input-output circuit configured to process audio signals, which includes a line input buffer configured to process audio signals from a legacy base microphone through a wiring interface for a legacy intercom system to a processor and a line output driver configured to process audio signals from the processor to the legacy base speaker through the wiring interface for the legacy intercom system.

摘要: Methods and systems for caching and delivering data files among peer nodes in a decentralized data delivery edge network using a tracker server are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method utilized by the tracker server includes first, receiving a peer list request from a viewer peer node in the network for accessing one or more target fragments of a data file. Next, extracting, from the received peer list request, a content type of the data file, and a viewer location of the viewer peer node. Then, generating a cacher peer list by selecting, from peer nodes currently active in the network, one or more cacher peer nodes to provide access to the one or more target fragments of the data file. Finally, transmitting the generated cacher peer list to the viewer peer node. The method may be utilized in a hybrid network comprising peer-to-peer (P2P) connections implemented on top of a content delivery network (CDN).

This method improves the recognition accuracy and recognition efficiency of the material composition.

摘要: Methods and systems for determining and classifying a number of repetitive motions in a video are described, and include the steps of first determining a plurality of images from a video, where the images are segmented from at least one video frame of the video. Next, performing a pose detection process on a feature of the images to generate one or more landmarks. Next, determining one or more principle component axes on points associated with a given landmark. Finally, determining at least one repetitive motion based on a pattern associated with a projection of the points onto the one or more principle components. In some embodiments, the disclosed methods can classify the repetitive motions to respective types. The present invention can be implemented for convenient use on a mobile computing device, such as a smartphone, for tracking exercises and similar repetitive motions.
