摘要: A system for treating tissue includes a capsule including a channel extending therethrough; first and second clip arms each extending from a proximal end to a distal end, the proximal ends being received within the channel of a capsule to be moved between an open tissue receiving configuration; and a closed tissue clipping configuration. The first clip arm includes a first tissue retention feature at a distal portion thereof configured to pierce through a target tissue when in the tissue clipping configuration and subsequently release the target tissue when the clip arms are moved to an at least partially open configuration. The second clip arm includes a second tissue retention feature at a distal portion thereof configured to pierce and retain the target tissue thereon when in both the closed tissue clipping configuration and the open tissue receiving configuration.

摘要: A bone fixation clamp includes a first arcuate clamp member conforming to a shape of a bone and extending between a first connection end and a first free end, a second arcuate clamp member conforming to a shape of the bone, a second connection end of the second clamp member being pivotally attached to the first clamp member, the second clamp member extending between the second connection end and a second free end and a driving member received in the first clamp member passing out of the first clamp member to abut an abutment portion of the second member so that, as the driving member is extended further out of the first member, the driving member pivots the second clamp member relative to the first clamp member to draw the first and second free ends toward one another to apply a radially compressive force to the bone.

摘要: A clipping system includes a clip having a pair of clip arms, proximal ends of the clip arms slidably received within a channel of a capsule to be moved between an open configuration and a closed configuration. A proximal end of the capsule including connecting tabs extending proximally therefrom. An applicator includes an elongated flexible member and a control member extending therethrough. The control member includes a distal end connected to the clip arms to move the clip assembly between the open and closed configurations. A distal end of the elongated flexible member includes a bushing including a first ramped surface, along which the connecting tabs slide along to engage a corresponding engaging feature of the bushing, and a second ramped surface proximal of the first ramped surface, the connecting tabs slidable along the second ramped surface to plastically deform toward a deployed configuration.

The UE receives configuration information from the base station including one or more interference measurement resources (IMRs) to be measured by the UE, determines a noise power for each of the IMRs, transmits a reference channel state information (CSI) report the base station, measures CSI reference signals (CSI RS) transmitted by the base station to determine an interference and noise power for each of the one or more IMRs and transmits a new CSI report including one of i) only interference and noise power fluctuation feedback or ii) multiple signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) or SINR statistics to the base station.

摘要: A user equipment (UE) may be scheduled as part of a group of UEs. The UE receives a radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) associated with the group of UEs that includes the UE. The UE receives a signal from one of a cell on which the UE is currently camped or a cell to which the UE is currently connected, the signal scrambled by the RNTI and including control information. The UE decodes the signal using the RNTI and performs an operation in response to the control information.

摘要: A closure device includes a first ring structure having a first distal portion and a first medial portion and a second ring structure having a second distal portion and a second medial portion. The first and second distal portions are movable between an open position, where the first and second distal portions form an angle relative to one another for receiving target tissue therebetween, and a closed position, where the first and second distal portions are drawn toward one another for gripping the target tissue. The device also includes an anvil about which the first and second medial portions are formed. Either one of proximal motion of the anvil relative to the first and second rings or proximal motion of the medial portions relative to the anvil causes the first and second distal portions to move into either one of the open position or the closed position.

摘要: A method for changing the effective ventilation of a mechanically ventilated subject to enable or carry out non-invasive determination of hemodynamic parameters is disclosed. The method includes a step of ventilating the subject using a ventilation pattern comprising at least one phase of increased ventilation and at least one phase of decreased ventilation, wherein the phase of decreased ventilation comprises at least one prolonged breath including a respiratory pause (IRP). The respiratory pause is initiated when the lung pressure (Palv) of the subject is between a minimum lung pressure and a maximum lung pressure of the subject during the prolonged breath.

A first stage classifies the input sound signal into one of a number of final classes. A second stage extracts high-level features of the input sound signal and selects the core encoder for encoding the input sound signal in response to the extracted high-level features and the final class selected in the first stage.
