摘要: A system coupled to a packet-based network is configured to generate geo-blocks for location-based information services. Each of the geo-blocks corresponds to a geographical region within a geographical area and has at least one border defined by a real-world object. The system is configured to obtain geo data related to real-world objects including transportation routes and natural boundaries in the geographical area, partition the geographical area into initial geo-blocks using the geo data, process a plurality of information requests with respect to at least some of the initial geo-blocks and with respect to initial geo-fences associated with a plurality of points of interests (POIs) to generate entries in one or more databases, and machine train a mobile device location prediction model based on the entries in the one or more databases.

摘要: The present application presents a Uniform Memory Access (UMA) network including a cluster of UMA nodes. A system in a UMA node comprises persistent memory; non-persistent memory, a node control device operatively coupled to the persistent memory and the non-persistent memory, a local interface for interfacing with the local server in the respective UMA node, and a network interface for interfacing with the UMA network. The node control device is configured to translate between a local unified memory access (UMA) address space accessible by applications running on a local server and a global UMA address space that is mapped to a physical UMA address space. The physical UMA address space includes physical address spaces associated with different UMA nodes in the cluster of UMA nodes. Thus, a server in the UMA network can access the physical address spaces at other UMA nodes without going through the servers in the other UMA nodes.

摘要: A solar cell and a photovoltaic module are disclosed, including: a substrate; a tunneling dielectric layer and a doped conductive layer disposed on the substrate, the tunneling dielectric layer being disposed between the doped conductive layer and a surface of the substrate, the doped conductive layer having a N-type or P-type doping element and having a plurality of first heavily doped regions spaced apart from each other and extending in a first direction, a doping concentration in the first heavily doped regions being greater than that in other regions of the doped conductive layer; a passivation layer disposed on a surface of the doped conductive layer facing away from the substrate; and a plurality of electrodes spaced apart from each other, extending in a second direction and penetrating the passivation layer to contact the doped conductive layer, at least two first heavily doped regions contacting a same electrode.

摘要: Provided are a data communication method and system, an electronic device, a chip and a storage medium. The data communication method includes: establishing a wireless communication connection with a first receiving terminal, and notifying the connection information to a second receiving terminal. The connection information includes information of a communication channel for performing wireless communication between the transmitting terminal and the first receiving terminal. The connection information is used to instruct the at least one second receiving terminal to monitor communication data in the communication channel. When the at least one second receiving terminal knows after monitoring the communication data, data required to be transmitted to the first receiving terminal is transmitted to the communication channel. A first time period for the transmitting terminal to transmit data in the communication channel does not overlap a second time period for the at least one second receiving terminal to transmit data in the communication channel.

摘要: A memory module is operable in a memory system with a memory controller. The memory module comprises a module control device to receive command signals and a system clock from the memory controller and to output a module clock, module C/A signals and data buffer control signals. The module C/A signals are provided to memory devices organized in one or more ranks, while the data buffer control signals, together with the module clock, are provided to a plurality of buffer circuits corresponding to respective groups of memory devices and are used to control data paths in the buffer circuits. The plurality of buffer circuits include clock regeneration circuits to regenerate clock signals with programmable delays from the module clock. The regenerated clock signals are provided to respective groups of memory devices so as to locally sync the buffer circuits with respective groups of memory devices.
