摘要: A grounded operations facilities management system is disclosed that can facilitate communications in grounded operations facilities. Specifically, a method is provided for managing and supervising trucks as they park in truck spots to await freight deposits. Check-in instances reflecting, among other things, the actual truck spot a fleet vehicle is parked in can be retrieved by a client from a server or database in operable communication with the client, and upon instantiation and execution of several processes, the check-in instance can be updated and retrieved/served as needed throughout the system. The system can be managed and controlled via a geofence, such that fleet vehicle operators can only check-in to particular truck spots when located within the geofence.

摘要: Methods and systems for providing mechanisms for automated inventory control are provided. In embodiments, an operational workflow for providing automated inventory control includes automated data collection and automated image data analysis. The automated data collection includes capturing image data for a storage facility by a capturing device (e.g., an unmanned aerial system (UAS)). The automated image data analysis includes functionality to detect objects (e.g., containers, trailers, empty slots, and/or other objects) appearing in the image data (e.g., using a machine learning (ML) model), to identify the objects in the image data (e.g., using the ML model), to inspect the objects (e.g., including determining a condition and/or location of the objects) based on the collected image data and metadata associated with the image capturing device and correlated to the image data (e.g., using an advance mathematical rule-based analysis), and/or to generate results that may be used by an inventory management system.

摘要: Flexured sun gears for planetary gear systems. In embodiments, a sun gear includes a spline section configured to couple the sun gear to another component, a gear section configured to mesh with at least one other gear of the planetary gear system, and a flexure section configured to couple the spline section to the gear section. The flexure section of the sun gear may have a flexure wall and a flexure curve, and has a thickness (e.g., in at least a portion of the flexure section) that is smaller than a thickness of the spline section and/or the gear section. The flexure section may enable the gear section to displace or move radially with respect to the spline section in response to a rotational force. For example, the flexure section may not move axially (e.g., may not extend) but may bend and/or rotate in response to the rotational force.

摘要: A system, method, and apparatus for post-tensioning in masonry-based system, especially concrete support systems. In one embodiment, a system is presented that can include an anchor, pocket-former, and bolt, wherein the pocket-former can be configured to engage each of the anchor and bolt to facilitate securing of the system to a form. In another embodiment, a method of post-tensioning is presented, wherein a tendon can be suspended at the live end via connections facilitated by a pocket-former. In another embodiment, a system and method of post-tensioning is presented that prevents a pocket and anchor from being contaminated with debris that could ultimately compromise the integrity of the tensioned material.

摘要: A system for railroad directive management is presented. The system can receive a myriad of data related to a directive, track segments, and/or vehicle events on the track and/or track segments. Vehicle- and/or event-specific data can be compared with one or more thresholds, including force thresholds, temporal thresholds, environmental thresholds, and/or event thresholds to determine whether and what kind of directive modification should be instantiated. Specialized algorithms can be implemented to trace vehicle paths along the track to determine whether directive-related segments are traversed, and specialized clustering algorithms can be utilized to cluster data unique to a particular segment on a per-segment basis. The system can be integrated with existing track infrastructure and can further generate alerts to notify coupled systems and/or personnel of directives and/or modification thereof.

摘要: A tandem tiltrotor aircraft in which the tiltrotor assemblies are operably coupled at the forward and aft ends of the fuselage of the aircraft is disclosed. The tiltrotor assemblies are capable of rotating between a vertical lift position and a horizontal flight position. The in-line location of the tiltrotor assemblies allow the aircraft to have the vertical take-off and landing capabilities, and, in combination with the at least one wing, can be used in horizontal flight. The aft rotor assembly can assume a horizontal flight position that places the rotor blades forward of a vertical fin of the aircraft. In another embodiment, a winged triple tiltrotor aircraft is disclosed. In another embodiment, a winged quad tiltrotor aircraft is disclosed.

摘要: A combination firepit and water fountain having a fountain base with an opening in a top surface of the base. A circumferential ignition coil is located within the opening and is connected by a fuel supply line to a source of gaseous fuel for providing a fire. A circumferential flameproof enclosure surrounds the ignition coil in the top opening of the base. A fountain top is also located centrally within the top opening so that the flameproof enclosure surrounds and circumscribes the fountain top. A water pump located in the base supplies a water flow out the fountain top and down the sides thereof into the interior of the fountain base, where it is recirculated.

The method further includes receiving a user selection of a desired train consist from the plurality of displayed train consists. The method further includes generating a plurality of switch lists according to the desired train consist and a current inventory of railcars in the railyard. The switch lists include instructions about how to form the desired train consist in the railyard. The method further includes displaying the plurality of switch lists on the electronic display.

摘要: A method for inhibiting separation of joined pipes including providing within a pipe bell a gasket including rigid segments, each segment having bell teeth configured for engaging the bell and a spigot tooth configured for engaging a pipe spigot seated in the bell. Upon pressurization and over-pressurization of the joint, resulting axial forces exerted on the joint, which can cause pipes to separate, are countered by wedging the segments between the bell and the spigot and rotating each segment so that the thrust forces are directed radially. To prevent radially-directed thrust forces from damaging the joint through over-rotation of the segments, the bell teeth and the spigot tooth are adapted and arranged to maintain the thrust forces load path carried by each segment within a desired angular range relative to the spigot by transferring the load path between adjacent bell teeth whereby the effective length of each segment is increased.
