    摘要: The present invention provides a solar photovoltaic rotation device installed the top of a pole so as to rotate a solar panel array, the solar photovoltaic rotation device comprising: a first tubular body connected to the solar panel array; a second tubular body coupled to the lower portion of the first tubular body and fixed to the top of the pole; a gear unit for transferring a rotation force to the first tubular body; and a driving motor fixed in the second tubular body so as to provide a rotation force to the gear unit, wherein the gear unit is formed as a planet gear set comprising: a sun gear connected to a rotating shaft of the driving motor; multiple PL gears disposed at predetermined intervals around the sun gear so as to be able to mesh with the sun gear; and a ring gear disposed outside the multiple PL gears so as to be able to mesh with the PL gears, the ring gear being fixed to the first tubular body, and at least one among the sun gear, the PL gears, and the ring gear has inclined teeth formed on the circumferential surface thereof, and thus has a tapered structure.

    摘要: An engine variable camshaft timing (VCT) phaser assembly is equipped in an internal combustion engine (ICE) to adjust the rotation of the engine's camshaft relative to the engine's crankshaft. The adjustments advance and retard the opening and closing movements of the engine's intake and exhaust valves. An electric motor and a planetary gear set work together amid use of the VCT phaser assembly. The planetary gear set can include two or more ring gears, planet gears, and a sun gear. A backlash condition sometimes experienced in previous VCTs is minimized in the VCT phaser assembly by one or more springs that urge the planet gears into engagement with the ring gears.

    摘要: A gearbox includes two axially spaced epicyclic gear trains, each having a sun gear, axially spaced planet gears carried by a planet carrier, and a ring gear fixed to the gear box. One of the planet gears engages with the fixed ring gear, and another of the planet gears engages with an output ring gear. The sun gears of the two gear trains are mounted on a single shaft. The planet carriers of the two gear trains are mounted on a shaft so that they can freely rotate but have limited axial motion along the shaft. The two output ring gears are helical gears of opposite handedness.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an epicyclic gear train comprising a driving pinion (3), driving a plurality of planetary gears (7). Each planetary gear rotates around a planetary axis (23), which has first (9) and a second (11) interconnected gears with different numbers of teeth. The first gear (9) meshes with a first ring gear (19), which is stationary, and the second gear (11) meshes with a second ring gear (25) which is thereby made to rotate about a central axis (21) of the planetary gearing. An adjusting arrangement is arranged to alter the distance between the central axis (21) and each planetary axis (23), such that gearing backlash can be substantially eliminated.

    摘要: An electric phaser dynamically adjusting the rotational relationship of a camshaft of an internal combustion engine with respect to an engine crankshaft includes an electric motor and a planetary drive. In some embodiments, the planetary drive includes a sun gear, planet gears, a sprocket ring gear driven by the engine crankshaft, a camshaft ring gear rotating with the camshaft, a carrier, a lever arm, and a load generator. The lever arm is rotatably attached to at least one planet gear and pivotably attached to the carrier at a pivot point on the carrier located off-axis from the sun axis. The load generator is coupled to the carrier and applies a torque load to the lever arm to reduce backlash in the split ring planetary drive. The difference between the number of camshaft ring gear teeth and sprocket ring gear teeth is a multiple of the number of planet gears.
