The battery pack tray comprises a frame body, wherein at least two placing positions which are sequentially arranged at an interval in a horizontal direction, and a locking cooperating structure are formed on the frame body; the locking cooperating structure is arranged between at least one pair of adjacent placing positions; the locking cooperating structure comprises a locking shaft, and a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate which extend in the lengthwise direction of a longitudinal beam of a vehicle body; and two ends of the locking shaft are respectively connected to the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate, and are used for cooperating with a locking mechanism to realize locking.

The invention does not need to lift the vehicle or dig a hole on the ground to set up the battery swapping equipment, which improves the safety of the battery swapping station and can improve the battery swapping efficiency.

In this invention, the battery unit is provided with a plurality of battery packs, which is capable for supplying power to a heavy electric vehicle. The connection between the battery unit and the vehicle beams can also be located in the space between the battery packs to improve the connection stability.

As for an electric vehicle, the center of gravity can be reduced, the driving stability is improved, and the height space below the vehicle can be fully utilized, so that a battery swapping device can conduct battery swapping easily, the station building cost, time and difficulty of a battery swapping station are reduced.
