摘要: In one aspect, a method operable by a controller of a power converter module is provided. The method comprises identifying thermal test data for the power converter module, where the thermal test data maps one or more operating conditions of the power converter module to temperature triggers associated with a monitored device of the power converter module. The method further comprises measuring, utilizing a temperature sensor disposed external to and away from the monitored device, a temperature, and identifying the one or more operating conditions of the power converter module. The method further comprises identifying, from the thermal test data utilizing the one or more operating conditions, a temperature trigger for the monitored device, determining whether the temperature is greater than or equal to the temperature trigger, and performing a responsive action in response to determining that the temperature is greater than or equal to the temperature trigger.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a control method for wireless charging, a wireless charging apparatus and a wireless charging system. The control method includes: controlling a first power converter at a secondary side to charge a chargeable load at a first set current; receiving a sensing signal representing an output current of a second power converter at a primary side; and in response to the output current reaching or exceeding a threshold current, controlling the first power converter to charge the chargeable load at a second set current smaller than the first set current. The scheme of the present disclosure may implement power derating of the wireless charging system and ensure that the primary-side components of the system operate within the safety range.

摘要: In one aspect, a removable battery module for a rack system that includes at least one rack controller is provided. The removable battery module includes at least one battery, a communication interface configured to communicatively couple with the at least one rack controller, and a module controller. The module controller is configured to estimate a state of charge (SOC) of the at least one battery at startup, determine whether at least one trigger has occurred, and start a float timer in response to determining that the at least one trigger has occurred. The module controller is further configured to generate a current estimate for the SOC by increasing the estimated SOC over a remaining time of the float timer based on a float current, and report, via the communication interface, the current estimate for the SOC to the at least one rack controller.
