By a suitable arrangement of the electronic circuit or circuits and of the possible core, independently of one another, on a holding tool according to the invention, a semi-finished product is obtained, also according to the invention, made up of the circuit or circuits and the winding, the mechanical connection between them being ensured solely by the copper wires producing, moreover, the electrical connecting between the two elements. The finished component according to the invention will be obtained by disposing the preceding semi-finished product on a support ensuring a permanent mechanical connection between the two elements.

    摘要: A safety sealing device includes a support. An electronic safety circuit is glued to one face of the support. The electronic safety circuit includes a winding of fine wire connected to an electronic component. The electronic component is activated and interrogated by outside checking means via the winding, which acts as an antenna. The electronic component may be coded so that it responds to the interrogation with its code. The safety sealing device may further comprise differentiated gluing means. When attempting to tamper with the support to which the safety circuit has been glued in order to unseal a receiving article, the attempt at ungluing or a tearing causes a break in the continuity of the electronic circuit. As a result, the electronic component no longer responds to an interrogation with its code, thus assuredly indicating that the safety sealing device has been tampered with.

When the Flyer brings the wire for the winding, it causes the latter to pass over a metallized path of the printed circuit while keeping said wire taut. After the Flyer has effected the number of turns necessary for the winding, it will carry the wire along, passing onto a second metallized path, always keeping it taut. The soldering of the two end wires of the winding on the respective metallized paths will take place very easily since each of said wires is held taut at the location where the soldering is to take place. This process permits automating the production of miniaturized electronic circuits comprising a winding.
