    摘要: A resin gear comprises a rim in an outer peripheral part of a plate, teeth provided on an outer periphery of the rim, a boss provided in a central part of the plate, and a circular rib between the boss and the rim. The resin gear is manufacturable by injection molding that a molten material is injected into a cavity through a plurality of gates arranged at almost equally spaced intervals circumferentially on a forming portion for the circular rib in a direction perpendicular to a side of the plate. The resin gear includes a plurality of inner thin-wall portions on the plate between the circular rib and the boss and a plurality of outer thin-wall portions on the plate between the circular rib and the rim, each of the inner thin-wall portions and the outer thin-wall portions being symmetrically shaped with respect to the radial line passing through each gate corresponding point.

    摘要: An intake flow control device includes valve units, a drive shaft, and an actuator. The valve unit includes a housing defining an intake passage therein. A valve shaft is supported between side walls of the housing. The drive shaft connects and drives the valve shafts. The actuator is directly connected to the drive shaft so as to drive a valve mounted to the valve shaft to open or close the intake passage. The valve has a width defined between side ends of the valve, which is larger than a width defined between side walls of the intake passage located at an upstream side of the valve.

    摘要: A throttle control apparatus comprises a throttle valve placed in an intake passage, a motor for driving the throttle valve, an electronic control unit (ECU) for controlling the motor, and a throttle sensor for detecting an actual opening degree of the throttle valve. The ECU determines that the throttle valve is frozen when the actual opening degree does not reach a target opening degree even after a driving time for driving the motor has exceeded a predetermined time, and then stores the actual opening degree at the time as an icing opening degree. The ECU supplies a driving duty to cause the motor to produce required driving torque for removal of icing and reverses the driving duty by open control, and controls the motor to bring an accumulated value of a deviation between the target opening degree and the icing opening degree to zero, thereby repeatedly swinging the throttle valve.

    摘要: This invention provides a small metal halide lamp which has a power input of 100 W or less, provided with: an arc tube having a pair of electrodes spaced apart from each other and containing a rare gas, mercury, sodium halide and scandium halide therein; and an envelope for housing the arc tube. The mixing ratio of sodium halide to scandium halide based on weight is 3:1 to 10:1, and the total content of the sodium halide and the scandium halide is 10 to 40 mg per unit volume (cc) of the arc tube. At least one phospor selected from the group consisting of a manganese-activated magnesium fluorogermanate phosphor and a cerium-activated yttrium aluminate phosphor is applied to the inner surface of the envelope. In addition, a green-emitting phosphor is preferably coated on the inner surface of the envelope.
