摘要: A first amplification unit amplifies at a predetermined amplification rate an output signal from a photodetection unit for detecting an optical signal from a specimen and detecting it. An offset unit assigns offset to an output signal from the photodetection unit. A second amplification unit amplifies at an amplification rate smaller than the amplification rate of the first amplification unit an output signal from the photodetection unit assigned the offset by the offset unit. A rectification unit rectifies an output signal from the second amplification unit. An addition unit adds an output signal from the first amplification unit to an output signal from the rectification unit.

摘要: The golf swing assist apparatus 1 includes a light emitting part 10, light receiving parts 20, a determination unit 30 and an output unit 40. The light emitting part 10 configured to emit a laser beam BM1 along a boundary plane SP0 that demarcates whether a trajectory 200 of a golf club GC1 is in a set area AR1 or not. The light receiving parts 20 are located at an irradiation position P0 of the laser beam BM1 along the boundary plane SP0 and are configured to detect whether the laser beam BM1 toward the irradiation position P0 is being blocked or not. The determination unit 30 is configured to determine a swing state of a player PL1 on a basis of a detection result by the light receiving parts 20. The output unit 40 is configured to output a determination result of the swing state.

摘要: An inverted microscope includes: a stage which places a specimen thereon; a light source unit which has a light source irradiating light to the specimen on the stage; an objective lens which focuses at least observation light from the specimen on the stage; a body unit which holds at least the objective lens; a condenser which is provided on an optical axis of the objective lens; a condenser holding unit which holds the condenser; a condenser moving mechanism which movably supports the condenser holding unit and moves the condenser holding unit along the optical axis; a transmission mechanism which transmits power for moving the condenser to the condenser moving mechanism; and an input unit which inputs the power to the transmission mechanism. The input unit is provided above the condenser holding unit.

摘要: To provide a confocal microscope for obtaining an extended image by easily determining the capturing range of an observation image without being aware of the shape of a sample to be observed, the confocal microscope comprises confocal image generating unit for generating a confocal image, first counting unit for counting a first number of pixels having a predetermined brightness level or lower among the brightness levels of the pixels of the confocal image, second counting unit for counting a second number of pixels obtained by extracting only a pixel that matches a predetermined condition for the confocal image, and boundary determining unit for detecting a boundary by determining whether or not the observation surface is within the image capturing range based on the first and the second numbers of pixels.

摘要: An optical microscope apparatus includes an illumination optical system for illuminating an observation target object; an observation optical system for introducing an observation image of the observation target object; and an image rotation device provided on a light path common to the illumination optical system and the observation optical system, for rotating the observation image. The image rotation device is arranged so as to reflect a light beam entering thereinto, for odd-numbered times and to thereafter emit the light bean therefrom, and is driven to be rotated around an entering/exiting optical axis, thereby to rotate the observation image. The optical microscope apparatus further includes a scanning optical system provided in the illumination optical system, for deflecting observation light to be irradiated on the observation target object, within a predetermined angle range, so as to enter into the image rotation device, so that the sample is scanned with the observation light; and a control device for controlling a deflection angle of the scanning optical system, based on a rotation amount of the image rotation device, such that a scanning range of the observation light is adjusted to a substantially equal position, with respect to the observation target object, regardless of rotation operation of the image rotation device.
