摘要: In a fuel injection valve having a nozzle hole plate wherein a nozzle hole is formed, the nozzle hole is formed with a flow path cross-section having an oval shape that has long axes and short axes, and the nozzle hole is formed having a tapered shape in which a flow path sectional area becomes larger from an entry-side open end portion toward an exit-side open end portion. The nozzle hole is formed such that a second angle that is an intersecting angle of opposing nozzle hole inner wall surface portions in an oblique section along the short axes of the entry-side open end portion and the exit-side open end portion, is greater than a first angle that is an intersecting angle of opposing nozzle hole inner wall surface portions in a longitudinal section along the long axes of the entry-side open end portion and the exit-side open end portion.

摘要: A method of laser beam machining which has a simple construction and which is capable of suitably processing a part to be processed by means of laser beams is provided. A plurality of laser diode arrays 3 are stacked and disposed in such a manner as to allow radiation of laser beams in the direction of a width W of a part 1 to be processed. Each of the laser diode arrays 3 is controlled such that outputs 2R, 2L of laser beams with which the part 1 to be processed is irradiated in its width (W)-wise marginal portions 1R, 1L become higher than an output 2C of laser beams with which the part 1 to be processed is irradiated in its width (W)-wise central portion 1C. While the part 1 to be processed is irradiated with the laser beams with the distribution of energy thus changed, the laser beams are displaced relatively in the longitudinal direction of the part 1 to be processed.

摘要: A plurality of light emitting elements 11 are arranged in parallel with a constant pitch to provide a semiconductor laser bar 10. An optical waveguide 20 has a core part 21 for guiding a light emitted from each of the light emitting elements 11 and a cladding part 22 formed around the core part 21. An optical fiber 30 has a core 31 and a cladding 32 formed around the core 31 for confining the light to the core 31. The optical waveguide is bonded to a side surface of the optical fiber 30, and the light emitted from the semiconductor laser bar 10 is inputted to a side surface of the core 31 of the optical fiber 30 via the core part 21 of the optical waveguide 20.

摘要: A laser beam machine for processing an article to be processed with a laser beam from a processing scanner 1 comprised of an optical system employing a laser oscillator 10 . Article position controllers 2a and 2b are controlled in a coordinated manner in accordance with the direction of the laser beam from said processing scanner 1 such that the position of a surface to be processed of the article is controlled to be nearly perpendicular to the direction of the laser beam from the processing scanner 1 . While an article to be processed mounted on one article position controller 2a is being processed and unloaded, another article to be processed can be loaded onto the other article position controller 2b. Thus, the wait time for the laser beam machine can be reduced and production efficiency can be improved.

摘要: The present invention provides an optical fiber, for use in a fiber laser, from which a high-quality single-mode laser beam with high optical power is obtained and also provides a fiber laser that uses the optical fiber. The novel optical fiber, which includes a core to which a rare earth element is doped and a cladding formed around the core, amplifies excitation light to oscillate a laser beam. A mode filter is formed at a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of the optical fiber.

摘要: A laser beam machine for processing an article to be processed with a laser beam from a processing scanner 1 comprised of an optical system employing a laser oscillator 10.
