摘要: Disclosed is a method of monitoring food quality including (a) receiving an environmental factor value sensed during transporting by a moving sensor tag attached to a container or palette on which a plurality of food is stacked, a time value sensing the environmental factor, and food information from a distribution company server; (b) receiving an environmental factor value sensed by a fixed sale sensor tag which matches the food information stored in the moving sensor tag, a time value sensing the environmental factor, and food information from the distribution company server; (c) measuring a current quality index for each individual quality analysis item and a total quality index based on the food information sensed by the moving sensor tag and the fixed sale sensor tag, the environmental factor values, and the time values sensing the environmental factors; (d) setting price of the food based on the measured quality index for each individual quality analysis item and total quality index; and (e) transmitting bar code information or electronic tag information (food information) corresponding to a plurality of food which matches inherent IDs of the fixed sale sensor tags, the quality index for each individual analysis item of the food, the total quality index, and the price of the food to the distribution company server.

摘要: Provided is a forced evaporative humidifier using nano-vapor, which includes: a housing having an exhaust port formed in an upper surface thereof and a suction port formed at one side of a front surface thereof; a water tank located below the suction port to store water; an injection unit having an injection nozzle located above the suction port, a pump for pulling up the water in the water tank to the injection nozzle, and a transfer tube for transferring the water pulled by the pump; a blowing fan located above the injection nozzle to carry air toward the exhaust port of the housing; a humidifying unit located below the injection nozzle so that films, each having a body surface formed to allow the water injected from the injection nozzle to flow and a plurality of tube-type spacers protruding on the body surface, are stacked in a lateral direction therein; and an eliminator located between the blowing fan and the injection nozzle to prevent water drops included in a humid air humidified by the humidifying unit from being scattered.

摘要: A method of fabricating a preform for a holey optical fiber, which prevents gel tubes from cracking includes the steps of: (a) forming sol using a starting material of silica glass; (b) pouring the silica glass in the sol state produced in step (a) into a plurality of molds, and gelating the silica glass to form a plurality of gel tubes, each having one air hole; (c) drying the gel tubes after removing the plurality of gel tubes from the individual molds; (d) applying a heat treatment of the gel tubes dried in step (c) to remove moisture and impurities contained in the gel tubes; (e) stacking the gel tubes, which have been subjected to heat treatment in step (d), in a predetermined array; and (f) sintering the stacked gel tubes, thereby vitrifying the gel tubes.

摘要: Disclosed is a process for producing a holey fiber preform through a sol-gel molding method. The process comprises the steps of: (a) expanding a plurality of elongated tubes, wherein the tubes can be expanded/contracted by control of pressure in the tubes, (b) positioning the expanded tubes in the mold in a predetermined arrangement; (c) introducing a sol gel into the mold; (d) separating the gel from the mold, and contracting the tubes to form elongated air holes in the gel; and (e) removing the tubes. In the process, the tubes for forming air holes can be removed with no impact on the dried gel.

摘要: Disclosed are fabrication method and device for a porous optical fiber preform. The fabrication method includes the steps of (a) rotating one or more rotating disks in a deposition furnace, wherein a plurality of shoot rods are coupled to the one or more rotating disks and spaced at predetermined intervals along a circumferential direction of the one or more rotating disks; (b) supplying a raw material in a gaseous state into the deposition furnace to deposit the raw material onto the shoot rods; (c) after the formation of a silica shoot by deposition of the raw material on the shoot rods, eliminating the shoot rods from silica shoot; and (d) sintering the silica shoot from which the shoot rods are eliminated.
