摘要: A transformed metal oxide sol, according to the present invention, has as main components: a hydrolysis product of a surface-active silane coupling agent, a transformed metal oxide sol which has been transformed by means of a hydrolysis product of a surface-active silane coupling agent, or a mixture and/or a condensate of the hydrolysis product of the surface-active silane coupling agent and the transformed metal oxide sol which has been transformed by means of the hydrolysis product of the surface-active silane coupling agent; and a mixture of transformed metal oxide sols which have been transformed by means of sulfur-containing functional groups, wherein a raw metal oxide sol of the transformed metal oxide sol is preferably an organosilica sol.

摘要: The present invention is a vacuum evaporation heating assembly for heating a carrier, in which an evaporation material is filled, in a vacuum evaporation process, the vacuum evaporation heating assembly comprising: a carrier container in which the carrier is installed; and an electrode connector which extends in both directions of the carrier container to be connected to an electrode. At least one of the carrier container and the electrode connector is a plate-shaped member. The vacuum evaporation heating assembly can securely hold the carrier, in which the evaporation material is filled, and can vaporize the evaporation material in a specialized direction, thereby uniformly and efficiently evaporating the evaporation material with a small number of carriers.

摘要: The present invention relates to an anti-fogging agent which is for preventing fogging even during exposure to vapor. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an ideal hydrolysis product of surface-active silane coupling agent and a transformed metal oxide sol which is transformed by means of a hydrolysis product of a surface-active silane coupling agent. A hydrolysis product of a surface-active silane coupling agent, according to the present invention, is a reaction product of a surfactant in formula (1) below and a silane coupling agent having the functional groups reactable with active hydrogen in formula (1). Formula (1): R1—X—(CH2CH2O)n—Y, wherein R1 is alkyl group having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, X is —O—, —COO— or —CONH—, n is a natural number from 1 to 30, and Y is a hydrogen atom, —CH2COOH.
