    摘要: A controllable circuit protector for power supplies with different voltages includes a first fuse and a second fuse connected in series to each other, a first heating unit, and at least one second heating unit in parallel to the first heating unit. A connected end of the first heating unit is electrically connected to a series-connected node between the first fuse and the second fuse, and a free end thereof forms a control terminal. When a load is irregular, the control terminal is connected to a ground terminal through a switch. For power supplies with different voltages, the effective resistance of the first heating unit and a part of the at least one second heating unit not melting is altered without causing drastic change arising from voltage variation to the total heating power, and the first fuse or the second fuse can duly melt down to protect the load.

    摘要: A current and temperature overload protection device has a brace, a thermal sensing contact, a solder layer, two ports and two resilient elements. The thermal sensing contact, the solder layer, the two ports and the two resilient elements are mounted on the brace, where each resilient element is bent to connect between respective ports and the thermal solder layer. The current and temperature overload protection device is mounted on a circuit board connected in a circuit loop of the circuit board, and the thermal sensing contact is connected to a heat-generating device. Therefore, the current and temperature overload protection device provides protection to the circuit loop from thermal and current overload issues.

    摘要: A temperature sensitive circuit breaker includes two contacts electrically mounted on a circuit board and an insulating pivot seat attached to the circuit board between the two contacts. A lever has a first end pivotally connected to the pivot seat and connected to one of the contacts, and a second end electrically connected to the other contact. A non-metallic expansive rod is mounted on the circuit board below the lever to push the lever upward to make the second end of lever separate from the contact when a high temperature on the circuit board is transferred to the expansive rod. The breaking member causes a high temperature to melt itself when a current passes through the breaking member to open a circuit on the circuit board.

    摘要: A controllable circuit protector for power supplies with different voltages includes a first fuse and a second fuse connected in series to each other, a first heating unit, and at least one second heating unit in parallel to the first heating unit.     摘要: A low resistance SMT resistor has a substrate, two terminals, at least one strip and a cover. The two terminals are mounted respectively on the two ends of the substrate, and the strip is connected to the two terminals. The cover is mounted on the terminals to cover the strip. The resistance of the resistor is determined by the strip. The material, length and diameter of the strip is easily controlled so the accuracy of the resistance of the resistor is good, especially for resistors with a resistance of less than 1-ohm.

The preparing step includes preparing a baseboard, a clapboard and a cover board, mounting multiple circuit segments and conducting points on two opposite faces of the baseboard at intervals and boring multiple through holes on the clapboard corresponding to the circuit segments. The gluing step includes mounting multiple electronic elements on the baseboard to connected with the circuit segments, gelatinizing glue on the boards to mount the clapboard between the baseboard and the cover board and pressing the boards by a pressing machine. The cutting step includes cutting the boards by a cutting machine to produce multiple single SDM electronic components.

    摘要: A fuse has a base and multiple wires. The base is an insulator and has a top surface and multiple contact plates. The contact plates are mounted separately on the top surface of the base. The wires are high density conductive alloy including Al 60˜90 wt %, Mg 22˜30 wt %, Si 1˜3 wt % and Cu 1˜3 wt % and connect the contact plates in series. Since the wires are directly heated, response time, sensitivity, power waste and heating resistor damage problems are solved and because the wires are high density conductive alloy that is nearly independent of environmental temperature, the temperature dependency, installation position limitation and leakage current problems are also solved.
