摘要： The present invention relates to shearing machine in which the upper shearing blade can be easily adjusted and positioned. The upper blade is held on a pivotal plate member which is pivotally held on a ram by means of a hinge to be rotated to adjust of the position of the upper blades. In addition, a hold down member is provided for holding a work-sheet. The hold down member is arranged to be urged by a toggle joint to hold the work-sheet at a reduced speed with an increased force after coming into contact with the work-sheet. A scrap removal member is also included in the shearing machine such that scraps can be easily removed without mingling them with the finished sheets. The scrap removal member removes scrap without idle time between feeding the work-sheets to be sheared. The shearing machine is so arranged that scraps are taken away directly to a scrap box as soon as the work-sheet has been complete sheared into its finished product.

摘要： A plate processing device for use in a machine with a vertically acting ram; has a guide device mounted on the frame and a guide member which is pressed to a sliding surface of the ram. The guide member freely rotates around the centerline of the first vertical shaft and also freely rotates around the centerline of the second shaft perpendicular to the first shaft and parallel to the sliding surface and is constructed so that it follows the sliding surface of the ram. Also, a back gauge for the work is buffered against the shock of abutment with the workpiece and may be backed away from the workpiece. A pressing plate for the workpiece is supplied by a high pressure and a low pressure plunger, which are vertically actuated to provide a noiseless operation.

摘要： A shearing machine is disclosed which comprises a work table, a pair of upper and lower blades for cutting a work-sheet, and a feeder for feeding the work-sheet onto the work table for cutting by the blades. A scrap receiver receives scrap cut from the work-sheet by the blades and a scrap remover positioned in front of the blades clamps and holds a piece of scrap from the work-sheet and transports the scrap to the scrap receiver. The scrap remover is movable in a horizontal plane above the work table.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a shearing machine which is provided with two pairs of upper and lower blades in a manner such that the upper and lower blades of one pair are connected to the upper and lower blades, respectively, of the other pair at right angles to shear right-angled blanks out of sheet-like workpieces. The two upper blades are connected with each other at a right angle on a ram member in a manner such that their shearing edges are originally inclined downward from their intersecting point to their respective free ends. The ram member carrying the upper blades is connected to the machine frame by means of a pivot means which is horizontally disposed higher than the top level of the lower blades. Also, one of the two pairs of upper and lower blades are located outside of the vertical plane of the outer side of the machine frame together with related parts.

摘要： A shearing machine is disclosed which includes a first lower blade and a second lower blade positioned at right angles with respect to each other. A ram is provided which is swingably movable upwardly and downwardly with respect to the lower blades, the ram including a first upper blade and a second upper blade positioned at right angles with respect to each other. A drive drives the ram upward and downward with respect to the lower blades and connecting rods couple the drive to the ram. An adjusting mechanism is coupled to the ram and the connecting rods for adjusting the lower limit of the stroke of the ram. Furthermore, the machine includes adjustors for adjusting the horizontal clearance between the upper and lower blades when the ram is in its lowered position.
