Abstract:
The invention relates to a driver (1) for a twin cutting device (2), which comprises a first blade (4), which is non-rotatably arranged on a drive shaft (11) to be rotated about an axis of rotation (r) in a first direction, and a second blade (3), which is non-rotatably arranged on a drive socket (15), which encloses the drive shaft (11), to be rotated about the same axis of rotation (r) in a second direction opposite to said first direction. The drive shaft (11) constitutes a driving central shaft in a gear (10), which comprises a sun wheel (24), which is non-rotatably arranged on the drive shaft (11) to be rotated by the same, at least a first planet wheel (25), which meshes with the sun wheel (24) and is rotatable about an axis (p) parallel to the axis of rotation (r), at least a second planet wheel (29), which is arranged to rotate simultaneously with the first planet wheel (25), and a gear rim (30), which with internal teeth meshes with the second planet wheel (29) and is non-rotatably mounted on the drive socket (15) to rotate the same.
Abstract:
A power-operable cutting board includes a plurality of stainless steel walls and a plurality of legs selectively attached thereto. One of the walls has an elongated height and defines a back board. A plurality of juxtaposed conveyor belts are positioned between the walls and define a substantially linear gap therebetween. The apparatus further includes a mechanism for rotating the belts in sync and a front wall having a plurality of slots formed therein. A cutting mechanism for selectively separating food products or their associated packages into multiple portions is also included. Such a cutting mechanism is adaptable between raised and lowered positions corresponding to operating and non-operating modes respectively. The cutting mechanism is independently operable from the rotating mechanism such that an operator can slice the food products and their associated packages manually as well.
Abstract:
A laborsaving hole puncher has a base, at least one cutter, a top cover and at least one articulated linkage. The base has at least one bracket. The least one cutter slidably is mounted respectively on the at least one bracket. The top cover is mounted pivotally on the at least one bracket. The least one articulated linkage connects respectively to the at least one bracket, the at least one cutter and the top cover and each articulated linkage has an upper link and a lower link. The upper link is mounted pivotally on the top cover. The lower link is mounted pivotally on the upper link and is mounted pivotally on one bracket and has an intermediate segment mounted to one cutter. The at least one articulated linkage makes people easily conveniently use the laborsaving hole puncher without strenuous effort.
Abstract:
A culinary tool includes a base member that has a planar bottom surface and an arcuate top surface for fitting an entire roll of cookie dough thereon. The top surface is contoured symmetrically to an outer surface of the roll of cookie dough. The base member has oppositely seated longitudinal sides equidistantly spaced from the longitudinal axis thereof. The base member is provided with grooves equidistantly spaced along a length thereof. The grooves traverse a length of the roll of cookie dough, extend downwardly from the top surface, and terminate above the bottom surface. A slicing section is pivotally conjoined to opposed base member ends, is rearwardly offset from a base member center, and is repeatedly pivotal along a fulcrum axis such that the slicing section penetrates through the grooves so that the roll of cookie dough becomes completely severed into disc-shaped segments defined by the grooves.
Abstract:
An index cutter (I) forms a thumb index on a sheet. The index cutter (I) includes: a flat plate-shaped first base member (1) having a first blade portion; and a flat plate-shaped second base member (2) rotatable coupled to the first base member (1) and having a second blade portion. When the first base member (1) and the second base member (2) are rotated relatively to each other, a part of the sheet is cut by the first blade portion and the second blade portion.
Abstract:
The invention relates to crank scissors, especially for cutting rolling strips (22), comprising two pairs of blades (3, 4) which can be secured to blade carriers (1, 2). The blade carriers (1, 2) are arranged in an opposite position on a vertical plane (x-x) in a pair of eccentric drive shafts (5, 6). Double-joint arrangements (9, 10) are maintained in a pivoatable manner on torque-supporting levers (7, 8) co-operating with hydraulic control units (11, 12) engaging thereon. Said type of crank scissors can be improved by enabling the blade carriers (1, 2) to form pairs of bearing surfaces (16-19), which are parallel to the axis, for the pairs of blades (3, 4) on approximately radial projections (13-15), whereon the upper pair of blades (3) is arranged on the inner, bearing surfaces (16, 17) of an arc-shaped recess (20) of the upper blade carrier (1) which are orientated towards each other, and the lower pair of blades (4) is arranged on a relatively narrow projection (15) on the outer bearing surfaces (19, 18) thereof.
Abstract:
A punching device has a base for placing papers thereon, a plurality of single hole device bodies fixedly arranged in one row in the horizontal direction at predetermined distances on the base. Each of the single hole device bodies is provided with a punching rod and an operation handle for moving the punching rod upward and downward. The punching device also has a communicating member for interconnecting the operation handles of the single hole device bodies. The papers placed on the base are punched by the simple upward and downward operation of the operation handles.
Abstract:
A pocket size inexpensive punch mechanism is provided to punch openings in paper objects, the punching teeth having a configuration especially adapted to produce sharp initial penetration of the paper object, followed by smoother cutting of the remainder of the opening.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to a shearing machine which is provided with two pairs of upper and lower blades in a manner such that the upper and lower blades of one pair are connected to the upper and lower blades, respectively, of the other pair at right angles to shear right-angled blanks out of sheet-like workpieces. The two upper blades are connected with each other at a right angle on a ram member in a manner such that their shearing edges are originally inclined downward from their intersecting point to their respective free ends. The ram member carrying the upper blades is connected to the machine frame by means of a pivot means which is horizontally disposed higher than the top level of the lower blades. Also, one of the two pairs of upper and lower blades are located outside of the vertical plane of the outer side of the machine frame together with related parts.
Abstract:
A ribbon cable splitting device is described in which an opposing pair of splitting elements having a number of equally spaced specially shaped teeth are brought together in an interlaced fashion to separate the individual conductors of a similarly spaced ribbon cable. The shape, spacing and quantity of teeth on each of the splitting elements and the basic device may be varied to accommodate various sizes of ribbon cable for splitting or subsequent connection to cable connectors, circuit boards or terminals. This invention is directed to a device for separating insulated ends of parallel multiwire electrical cables of the so-called ribbon type. More particularly the invention is that of an apparatus capable of separating each individual insulation covered electrical wire from those adjacent by means of separating and spacing elements having cutting elements shaped to engage the wires, cut the material joining them together and space the cut sections.
