    摘要: Methods, systems, and products for dynamically creating a multimodal markup document are provided that include selecting a multimodal markup template, identifying in dependence upon the multimodal markup template a dynamic content module, instantiating the dynamic content module, executing a dynamic content creation function in the instantiated dynamic content module, receiving dynamic content from the dynamic content creation function, and including the dynamic content in the multimodal markup template. Selecting a multimodal markup template may be carried out by identifying a multimodal markup template from URI encoded data embedded in a request for a multimodal markup document from a multimodal browser. The multimodal markup template may include static content and the dynamic content may include XHTML+Voice content.

    摘要: A waste-to-energy plant which is designed and operated to burn municipal waste (in 2) combines a high pressure steam turbine/generator cycle and a combustion turbine/generator cycle, wherein the exit gas from the combustion turbine (6) is utilized to superheat (in 4) high pressure steam (from 2) prior to entering the steam turbine (8). The combination of the combustion turbine/generator cycle with the steam turbine/generator cycle enables operation of the waste-to-energy plant at high pressure and high temperature resulting in greatly increased thermal cycle efficiency while eliminating superheater surfaces from the waste heat recovery boiler, thereby greatly reducing corrosion problems associated with waste heat recovery boilers.

    摘要: A method for use in the fabrication of semiconductor devices includes forming a titanium nitride film and depositing a silicon hard mask over the titanium nitride film. The silicon hard mask is used to pattern a titanium nitride interconnect from the titanium nitride film and the silicon hard mask is also used as a contact etch stop for forming a contact area. In forming the interconnect, the silicon hard mask is dry etched stopping selectively on and exposing portions of the titanium nitride film and the exposed portions of the titanium nitride film are etched resulting in the titanium nitride interconnect. In using the silicon hard mask as a contact etch stop, an insulating layer is deposited over the silicon hard mask and the insulating layer is etched using the silicon hard mask as an etch stop to form the contact area. The silicon hard mask is then converted to a metal silicide contact area. Interconnects formed using the method are also described.

    摘要: A frequency synthesized transceiver capable of tuning to a plurality of communication channels is disclosed. The transceiver includes a receiver section and a transmitter section which are coupled to the synthesizer which generates the appropriate injection signals to achieve tuning. The frequency synthesizer includes a multiposition switch which accesses various addressable memory locations in a programmable read-only memory where the appropriate divisors are stored to cause tuning of the synthesizer to the appropriate communication channel. A zone selector switch enables grouping and easy retrievability of channels. The divisors are supplied to a single synchronous binary swallow counter which works in conjunction with a dual modulus prescaler to monitor the frequency output of the voltage controlled oscillator. A programmable divider coupled to a reference oscillator source is compared with the output of the synchronous counter in a digital and analog phase detector. The phase detector supplies signals through a loop filter to apply the appropriate voltage to the voltage controlled oscillator. The phase detector includes means to rapid advance the voltage controlled oscillator to cause frequency tuning.

    摘要: A frequency synthesized transceiver capable of tuning to a plurality of communication channels is disclosed.
