    Abstract: The herein described Adaptive Ergonomic Positioning device (“AEPD”) relates generally to the field of surgery and other medical or healthcare procedures. The AEPD can be adapted for use with most standard surgical tables and surgical chairs where the patient must be positioned prone during a particular procedure. The AEPD may also be used for certain procedures where the patient may be positioned supine. The AEPD support assemblies are highly adjustable and deliver improved ergonomics for both patients and providers. Patients of different morphology can be comfortably positioned in prone with their head and neck in a neutral position, and shoulders in a forward flexed, slightly internally rotated position. The AEPD can be adjusted to accommodate patients with neck and shoulder mobility restrictions, without any effect on provider accessibility to the surgical or treatment site.

    Abstract: A robotic mower boundary coverage system includes a vehicle control unit on the robotic mower commanding a traction drive system to drive the robotic mower at a specified yaw angle with respect to a boundary wire, and a boundary sensor on the robotic mower signaling the distance between the boundary wire and the vehicle control unit. The vehicle control unit alternates commands to direct the traction drive system toward and away from the boundary wire based on the distance of the robotic mower to the boundary wire.

The lenses comprise a polyvinylalcohol polarizer film or similar type of material laminated with triacetate or similar type material on one or both sides, wherein the polarizer film has a polarizing efficiency equal to or exceeding 99% and a transmittance percentage equal to or exceeding 35% and a retarder film (e.g., norbornene copolymer resin) laminated on a front surface of the polyvinylalcohol polarizer film laminated with triacetate and aligned to produce a desired circular polarization responsive to specified retardation wavelengths. Thermoforming and press polishing techniques may be used to fabricate/curve the blanks into lenses. The lenses (optical elements) may be used in an injection molding process to add thickness.
