    Abstract: A gaming system includes a server and series of player devices each connected to a player and a set of symbols that includes non-termination symbols and termination symbols. The server requests a wager from each player where is the wager is either manually controlled, based on the number of non-termination symbols that are drawn before a termination symbol is drawn, based on the number of symbols drawn by when a termination symbol is drawn, or based on a specific non-termination symbol or combination of non-termination symbols being drawn before a termination symbol is drawn. After the server collects the wager, the server sequentially draws and displays a symbol from the set of symbols to all active players. If the drawn symbol is a non-termination symbol, the server displays a payout multiple, sets a timer, and requests a betting decision to cash out or to continue play from each player who placed a manually controlled wager wherein those players who then elect to cash out before the next symbol is drawn and displayed are paid their wager multiplied by the displayed payout multiple. For players who placed wagers based on the number of non-termination symbols drawn before a termination symbol is drawn, if the total cumulative number of non-termination symbols drawn equals the threshold set by the player, the server declares the player a winner and credits their account by a published payout multiple. For wagers based on the number of symbols by when a termination symbol is drawn, if the total cumulative number of non-termination symbols drawn exceeds the threshold set by the player, the player is declared a loser and removed from the game. For wagers based on the achievement of a specific combination of non-termination symbols being drawn before a termination symbol is drawn, if the predicted combination has been achieved, the server declares that player a winner and credits their account. The server then draws and displays an additional symbol, and the process repeats until a drawn symbol is a termination symbol. If the drawn symbols is a termination symbol, then all active players who placed manually controlled wagers or placed wagers on the achievement of a specific combination of non-termination symbols being drawn before a termination symbol is drawn are declared losers, and all active players who placed wagers on the number of symbols being drawn by when a termination symbol is drawn are declared winners, the server credits their accounts and the game ends. In one embodiment, the symbols include playing cards from a standard 52-card of cards with four Joker cards added where each standard card is a non-termination symbol, and each Joker card is a termination symbol. In another embodiment, the game described is played on a physical table where the symbols are drawn and displayed by a live dealer instead of a server.

The generator includes three rotor assemblies, each having three longitudinally extending rotor magnets oriented such that outwardly facing poles establish a N-S-N pattern that, when passed in proximity to a corresponding coil pack, produces electricity having a full pulse wave form. The magnetic anti-lock device utilizes opposing magnets to reduce the varying force required to rotate the shaft and increases efficiency of the rotating shaft. The magnetic anti-lock device includes at least one inner magnet attached to the rotating shaft and at least one outer magnet fixed in position relative to the rotating shaft. The inner magnet passes the outer magnet each time the shaft rotates creating a repulsive force that reduces the force necessary to rotate the shaft.

    Abstract: The assembly includes a first arcuate tube attached to a ladder. A second arcuate tube is slidably disposed in the first arcuate tube. A lock subassembly is disposed on the first arcuate tube for limiting movement of the second arcuate tube relative to the first arcuate tube. A step lever extends along the first arcuate tube and is coupled with the lock subassembly. A first flange and a second flange each extend radially from the first arcuate tube. An actuating member defines a cam surface abutting the second flange. A bar extends through the flanges and attaches to the actuating member. The step lever attaches to the actuating member to move the actuating member and cause the cam surface to slightly deform the first arcuate tube about the second arcuate tube and engage the second arcuate tube. A foot is pivotably disposed at each end of the second arcuate tube.

    Abstract: An unmanned aerial vehicle docking system can include a docking arm and a docking station. The docking arm can be mounted on the UAV and include a rod with an interface element positioned on top of the rod. The interface element can have charging contacts that are attached to wires that extend down to a charging circuit on the UAV. The docking station can be located separate from the docking arm and have a guidance cone to direct the docking arm to a capture mechanism. Once the interface element is in the capture mechanism, a charging dome is then lowered down onto the top of the interface element to form a circuit between a power source at the docking station and the UAV's battery. Upon completion of the charging process, the charging dome is raised and the capture mechanism releases the interface element of the UAV.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for the treatment of Sleep Apnea events and Hypopnea episodes wherein one embodiment comprises a wearable, belt like apparatus containing a microphone and a plethysmograph. The microphone and plethysmograph generate signals that are representative of physiological aspects of respiration, and the signals are transferred to an imbedded computer. The embedded computer extracts the sound of breathing and the sound of the heart beat by Digital Signal Processing techniques. The embedded computer has elements for determining when respiration parameters falls out of defined boundaries for said respiration parameters. This exemplary method provides real-time detection of the onset of a Sleep Apnea event or Hypopnea episode and supplies stimulation signals upon the determination of a Sleep Apnea event or Hypopnea episode to initiate an inhalation. In one embodiment, the stimulus is applied to the patient by a cutaneous rumble effects actuator and/or audio effects broadcasting.
