    摘要: A touch panel system includes a signal generator configured to generate a reference signal and one or more channels. Each of the channels comprises a sensing unit configured to sense a touch thereon to output a sensing signal indicative of the touch; and a delay unit configured to adjust the reference signal based on a delay compensation value to compensate delay of the reference signal caused by the difference of distance between the signal generator and the channel. Further, each of the channels comprises an operation unit configured to perform an operation on the sensing signal and the reference signal from the delay unit to produce an operation result representing difference between the sensing signal and the adjusted reference signal; and a controller configured to determine the delay compensation value of the delay unit in each channel based on the voltage signal from the operation unit.

The touch-sensing panel according to the present invention includes a substrate and one or more sensing regions prepared on the substrate, wherein the sensing region includes one or more first electrodes extending in a first axis direction, and one or more second electrodes extending in a second axis direction intersecting the first axis, and wherein at least some of the second electrodes are electrically connected to another second electrode arrayed at the same position on a first axis and included in another unit sensing region. According to the present invention, by disposing a second electrode in a space that is prepared inside a first electrode receiving a driving signal or disposing a second electrode such that the first electrode surrounds the second electrode according to the electrode type, a touch-sensing panel and touch-sensing apparatus which can accurately determine one or more touch inputs can be provided in a single-layer structure.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an all-digital clock data recovery (CDR) which is implemented by a digital filter and a digitally controlled oscillator. The CDR of the present invention comprises a phase detector producing a digital sequence of data and a digital sequence of edge by sampling the serial data stream with a clock, a de-serializer transforming the digital sequences of data and edge into n-bit bus, a digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) implemented by a multi-stage chain of inverters having a variable resistance switching matrix wherein the resistance of each element of the variable resistance switching matrix is varied in such a way that the supply current being fed to each inverter is controlled in pursuant to a digital control code, and thereby producing a clock whose oscillation frequency is updated and fed to the phase detector, a digital synthesis control logic circuit generating a thermometer-code-type digital control code out of the n-bit data and n-bit edge from the de-serializer wherein the thermometer-code-type digital control code is fed to the DCO, and a 2-bit direct forward path directly controlling the frequency of the clock being produced by the DCO with an operating speed which is faster than the digital synthesis control logic circuit by n times.
