    摘要: An anti-backflow valve, including a valve seat and a plug slidingly disposed in the valve seat, is provided. The valve seat has a ring portion protruding inwards at a middle section of a flow passage thereof. The ring portion has a seat portion extended outwards on one side thereof. The plug has an accommodating chamber recessed inwards on one side thereof. The accommodating chamber has an opening radially penetrating through the plug at one end thereof distant from an inlet. The plug has a protruding portion at one end thereof adjacent to the inlet. An outer diameter of the protruding portion is larger than an inner diameter of the ring portion. A spring is provided between the protruding portion and the ring portion, and a portion of the plug penetrating through the ring portion has an O-ring engaged thereon corresponding to the seat portion.

    摘要: A double-sided diaphragm micro gas-preconcentrator has a micro-gas chamber which is formed by bonding an upper silicon substrate with a lower silicon substrate. One or more suspended membranes are provided on every silicon substrate. The silicon where the suspended membrane is provided is completely removed for forming a cavity. A thin-film heater is deposited on every suspended membrane. A sorptive film is coated on an inner wall of every suspended membrane. Thus, the upper and lower sides of the preconcentrator in the present invention are suspended membranes, which improve the area of the sorptive film on the diaphragm. As a result, the preconcentrating factor is improved while keeping the small heat capacity, fast heating rate, and low power consumption features of the planar diaphragm preconcentrator.

    摘要: On each draft element of a ring spinning frame, two pieces of short-staple roving from the roving bobbin enter into the draft mechanism to be drafted though a guide funnel in parallel, two pieces of filament are fed from the back of the front roller, and combine with two pieces of roving at front jaw respectively. The drafted two pieces of roving and filament are output from the front jaw and enter into the twisting triangle area to be twisted, and then are wound onto a yarn bobbin to produce yarn. Based on the relative position of the two pieces of roving and two pieces of filament, different yarns can be produced. Furthermore, multi-component yarn, such as core structure, wrapped structure, strand-like structure, can be produced on a ring spinning frame. The structure of yarn can be precisely determined. Special fiber yarn can be produced on traditional spinning frame.
