    摘要: The present invention provides a method and computer-readable medium for executing a method of placing an order for a sub-component (part) of a product, including generally three steps: displaying a diagram depicting sub-components of a product in an exploded view on a user screen; receiving a user selection of a sub-component to be ordered; and processing the selection of a sub-component to be ordered. Optionally, the method may allow the user to selectively view further information pertinent to displayed sub-components, such as their prices and specifications, or to selectively zoom in on and zoom out of the exploded view or to scroll the exploded view. The method thus assists the user when attempting to identify and/or order a sub-component for the product. The method may also be implemented in a stand-alone computer system.

    摘要: Described is a method for diagnosing a person having or being at risk of developing certain B-cell pathologies, including Sjögren's Syndrome and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and excluding patients with symptoms similar to Sjögren's Syndrome but with a different etiology, comprising the following steps: providing a sample of a body fluid or tissue from said person, said sample containing a mixture of unknown proteins, protein fragments or peptides; analyzing said samples with mass spectrometry to generate a m/z (mass to charge ratio) spectrogram for each sample; comparing whether the patient's sample contains m/z values that are characteristic of a Sjögren's Syndrome reference database derived from the analysis and cataloguing of multiple patient spectrograms; and determining whether said patient either has or does not have Sjögren's Syndrome on the basis of this comparative analysis.

It is an electric, rotary blade, grass cutting-head on the end of a three-section electrically powered telescoping boom, mounted on a powered carrier vehicle; such as, a small riding mower. The carrier vehicle is not a part of this application. It can be operated by persons of limited strength, physical abilities or aptitudes. It is controlled with two electric switches and one hand crank. Complete machine and carrier are inexpensive; less than the cost of a small riding mower. It is a machine for average people who are not skilled in machine operation; and for residential use.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for providing full accessibility to on-chip instruction cache and microcode ROM are described. A dummy tag and a dummy instruction are written into a cache tag array and an instruction array, respectively, during a test mode. The dummy tag is concatenated with a predetermined set number and a predetermined word address to form a dummy address having a dummy tag field, a set field and a word address field. An instruction fetch is invoked using the dummy address. The instruction cache is accessed with the dummy address, and a cache miss is forced to occur. The dummy tag field of the dummy address is written into the tag array at a row specified by the predetermined set number, and the dummy instruction is written into the instruction array at the same row. Execution of the dummy instruction is suppressed. A read operation is performed in a similar manner, except in that case an instruction cache hit is forced to occur to cause data to be read from the instruction cache. Execution of the data read from the cache is suppressed. Microcode ROM is also read by invoking a dummy instruction fetch. The dummy instruction fetch causes data to be retrieved from a predetermined address in the ROM. Execution of the retrieved data is suppressed.

    摘要: An arrangement for providing signalling to the lines of a telecommunications system employing non-metallic switching crosspoints such as a solid state switching network or time division switching network. In a system employing either type of network, line signalling such as ringing, coin control signalling, wire chief testing, and such other signals which are essentially high voltage signals cannot readily be transmitted through the switching network. The present system as disclosed provides an arrangement employing a common, multiplex highway between one or more signal sources and the line circuits. Operation of a switching element such as a relay in a line circuit selected by the common control completes a metallic path from the source bus to the selected line through closed contacts of the relay. In addition, signals of one or more different types may be multiplexed within a signal cycle to produce signals to a number of lines during the period when one line is being signalled. Within this framework, bi-directional signalling such as that required for testing lines can be readily implemented.
