    摘要: The instant invention relates to a spinning device, in particular a spinning or winding device. The device comprises a pressure circuit with a valve installed therein to control the pressure. The valve can be actuated pneumatically. A device for rapid aeration of the valve is provided with the valve. The valve is actuated by compressed air acting upon a side of a cup seal away from a pressure chamber, causing the cup seal to close off an aeration opening. The compressed air streams past the cup seal and fills the pressure chamber, whereby a passage cross-section of the valve is reduced or closed off by means of a closing element acting upon the pressure in the pressure chamber in opposition to a restoring force. As the pressure on the side of the cup seal away from the pressure chamber is reduced, the pressure on the side of the cup seal towards the pressure chamber is increased. As a result the cup seal moves in direction of lower pressure and the aeration opening is again opened. The closing element returns in this manner rapidly into its original position under the effect of its restoring force.

    摘要: A yarn draw-off pipe for drawing off a yarn from an open-end spinning device. The draw-off pipe is equipped with first and second pipe sections, which are connected to each other through a connecting piece. The connecting piece contains a chamber and is provided with a deflection surface extending into the chamber. The latter is part of an insert. The connecting piece is provided with an insertion opening for this insert on its side towards the spinning element, when assembled, the insert is secured axially between the front end of the insertion opening and the first pipe section or, alternatively, between the two pipe sections. The insert is made of a ceramic material and, with its end towards the spinning device, projects radially beyond the outside diameter of the first pipe section. The area of the guide left free by the insert is filled with a plastic material.

    摘要: A device for the control of an open-end spinning element, including a pivoted control lever (4) is provided which is capable of assuming three different working positions. In a production position the control lever brings a first drive, running at production speed, into driving contact in the operation of the open-end spinning element. In a braking position the control lever brings a brake to act upon the spinning element. The control lever in a piecing position brings a second drive which runs at a lower speed than the first drive into driving contact with the open-end spinning element. At least the positions determining the production and the piecing position of the control lever are provided with a common control element, capable of being moved back and forth in the direction of movement of the free end of the control lever between at least two switching positions. The control element is provided with a stop element which determines at least the production or the piecing position of the control lever, depending upon the switching position (I, II) of the control element. The stop element is an integral part of the control element. The control element, in addition to movement in the direction of movement of the free end of the control lever, can also be moved transversely to the direction of movement of the free end of the control lever.

This has a contour corresponding to the interior space (10) of the housing (1) and one or more positioning lugs (50) on its end face opposite the base (34), corresponding to the number of the positioning cavities provided in the insert (3).
