The present invention relates to a surgical cap equipped with a means for fixing eyeglasses, the surgical cap comprising: a fixing pad provided at a front portion of the surgical cap; fixing members provided in plurality on the fixing pad, and each having first and second fixing grooves formed therein; a detachable pad which is integrated with a lower portion of the fixing pad so as to extend there from or be foldable, surrounds a connecting frame of eyeglasses to fix the eyeglasses to the surgical cap, and is made of a shape memory material; and at least one coupling member provided on the detachable pad and having first and second fixing protrusions detachably inserted in and coupled to the first and second fixing grooves, respectively, so that the detachable pad can be detachably coupled to the fixing pad.

A siloxane based coating composition having excellent dyeability, abrasion resistance, glossiness and transparency, a preparation method thereof, and an optical lens coated by the coating composition are suggested. The siloxane based coating composition includes organo silane compound, inorganic oxide (H-index filler), solvent and a dyeing improving material. The dyeing improving material adopts nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, silver nitrate, or the like. The siloxane based coating composition shows excellent dyeability owing to the dyeing improving material, excellent abrasion resistance owing to the organo silane compound, and excellent glossiness and transparency, so it may be applied as a coating film on a surface of a plastic lens such as optical lens, industrial safety lens and leisure-purpose goggle that require high transparency.

The present invention provides a composition for an anti-glare film that includes a binder resin; and an organic particle which is included in an amount of 1 to 30 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the binder resin and in which concave and convex patterns are formed on a surface thereof, and an anti-glare film that is manufactured by using the same. Accordingly, the storage stability of a particle that is included in an anti-glare film for high resolution is improved to increase the durability and a lifespan of products, a glare phenomenon that is caused by incident light and recognized by an user is prevented, and image clarity and contrast ratio that is realized by using an image display device are improved.

Provided is a technology for monitoring the electrical resistance of an element such as a fuse whose resistance is changed due to the electrical stress among internal circuits included in a semiconductor device. The present invention provides a monitoring circuit to monitor the change in the device specification during the device is being programmed and after the device is programmed. The present invention enables the verification of an optimized condition to let the device have a certain electrical resistance, by comparing the load voltage and the fuse voltage with the reference voltage that can sense the range of resistance variation more precisely. Also, it can guarantee device reliability since it is still possible to sense electrical resistance after the electrical stress is being given. Also, the present invention can increase the utility of the fuse by possessing an output to monitor electrical resistance sensed inside of the semiconductor.

There is an internal voltage generating circuit for providing a stable high voltage by making a response time short. The internal voltage generating circuit includes a charge pump unit for generate a high voltage being higher than an external voltage in response to pumping control signals and a supply driving control signal; a pumping control signal generating unit for outputting the pumping control signals to the charge pump unit based on a driving signal; and a supply driving control unit for receiving the driving signal to generate the supply driving control signal to the charge pump unit.

A system for managing a Digital Rights Management (DRM) content includes a content providing server for providing an environment, through which a DRM content and a digital right of the DRM content can be registered, a service providing server for issuing a license serving as a usage authority for each of DRM content files provided from the content providing server, generating a license revocation execution value in a specific field of the issued license, encrypting the generated license revocation execution value for transmission to a user terminal, and the user terminal for inspecting the license of the DRM content file transmitted from the service providing server, and extracting and storing the license and the license revocation execution value to use a corresponding DRM content file according to the license, and upon receiving a revocation request, transmitting a revocation result of the corresponding license to the service providing server.
