In the transmission unit, an oil flow control device is provided in the bottom wall of the transmission casing to transfer lubricating oil into and from the lubricant chamber.

    摘要: A shift control mechanism is provided for a multipleforward-speed manual transmission with controlled operation of the shift lever between the reverse drive position and one forward drive position to prevent inadvertent shifting which might damage the transmission. A transmission lever whose movement is controlled through the shift lever is formed with a first projection extending therefrom which is adapted to engage a second projection extending from a housing. The housing is rotatably and linearly movable under the biasing force of spring means and when the shift lever is moved to the neutral position, engagement between the first and second projections will cause rotative movement of the housing. When the shift lever is moved to the one forward drive position, the spring means will rotate the housing back to its initial position thereby placing the second projection within the path of movement of the first projection. Any subsequent attempt to move the shift lever from the one forward drive position to the reverse drive position will be blocked in a manner which will not interfere with otherwise appropriate shifting of the transmission. The control mechanism may be configured to prevent erroneous shifting in both directions between the reverse drive position and the one forward drive position or, alternatively, shifting may be blocked in one direction only.

    摘要: A process for producing an olefin polymer which Comprises homopolymerizing or copolymerizing an olefin in a gas phase by using a catalyst system comprising the following components A) and B):A) a solid catalyst component prepared by immobilizing a catalyst component comprising at least titanium, magnesium, halogen and an electron-donative compound on a porous polymer material, said solid catalyst component satisfying the following conditions (a), (b) and (c):(a) ethylene is preliminarily polymerized thereon in an amount of 50-200 g per gram of the component previously immobilized on the porous polymer material.(b) the preliminary polymerization of ethylene is carried out at most at a rate of 3 g/g-immobilized component-hour at least until the quantity of the preliminarily polymerized ethylene reaches 5 g/g-immobilized component, and(c) the preliminarily polymerized ethylene polymer has an intrinsic viscosity [.eta.] of 0.5 dl/g to 2.5 dl/g as measured in tetralin at 135.degree. C.; andB) an organoaluminum compound.Thus, an olefin polymer small in the extent of adhesion to polymerization reactor, small in the number of fish-eyes, low in the content of fine powder, high in bulk density and good in fluidity could be produced.

    摘要: In a shift mechanism for a change-speed gearing in a power transmission unit, a spring loaded movable element in the form of a piston is slidably disposed within a reverse shift head member to be pushed inwardly by engagement with a shift-and-select lever, and a stopper pin is integral with the movable element and movable between a first position in which the movable element is apart from the lever and a second position in which the movable element is engaged with the lever, the stopper pin being arranged to be located at its outer end adjacent to a stationary member to restrict unexpected forward movement of a reverse fork shaft in its first position and to be aligned with a recessed portion of the stationary member to permit the forward movement of the reverse fork shaft in its second position for establishment of a reverse gear train.
