摘要: Shifting device for shifting a transmission, having a first group of shift elements and a second group of shift elements, a selector shaft, which is arranged in such a way that it can be moved in translation along a longitudinal axis and rotated about the longitudinal axis, wherein it is possible, by moving the selector shaft into one of a plurality of possible translational positions, to select at least one shift element of the first group and at least one shift element of the second group and, by rotating the selector shaft, to actuate the selected shift elements. The at least one selected shift element of the first group can be actuated in phase or with an overlapping phase displacement or an offset phase displacement with respect to the at least one selected shift element of the second group.

摘要: A shift drum has a recess which controls a fork to move one of two cooperating coaxially arranged gears for transmitting torque in a power train of a vehicle. The recess includes a straight section, which upon rotation of the shift drum does not move the fork either to the left or the right, and at least one ramp which does move the fork in one direction (i.e., to the left or the right). The ramp is more complex than a single line, such as having a first portion at a first right-shift portion ramp angle β and a second portion at a second right-shift portion ramp angle γ, perhaps with the intersection between the first right-shift portion ramp angle β and the second right-shift portion ramp angle γ being at the mid-line defined by the straight section of the recess.

The bistable spring element is actuatable for the gear shifting, and assumes a stable shift position in at least one shift position of the shifting member associated with the first or second gear, and assumes an unstable position in an intermediate position of the shifting member which is situated between shift positions of the shifting member associated with the first and second gears.

摘要: The invention is to suppress the increase of axial lengths of each input shaft and each output shaft and increase the number of gear shift stages. A transmission device transmits a driving force of a crankshaft from a first transmission to a drive wheel side through a second transmission. The first transmission is provided with a first countershaft to which the driving force from the crankshaft is transmitted, and a first drive shaft to which the driving force of the first countershaft is transmitted. The second transmission is provided with a second countershaft to which the driving force of the first drive shaft is transmitted, and a second drive shaft to which the driving force of the second countershaft is transmitted and which transmits the driving force to the drive wheel side. The first and second transmissions are disposed side by side in a front/rear direction. Each of the first and second transmissions is set to have a plurality of gear shift stages.

摘要: A control device of a twin-clutch transmission includes a gear operation mechanism driven by a single actuator mechanism . The gear operation mechanism performs a selection operation to select a synchromesh unit to operate from a plurality of synchromesh units and a shift operation to drive the selected synchromesh unit to an engagement position (in-gear position) corresponding to a shift position. In the control device, based on a deceleration rate of a vehicle, a determination is made to allow or disallow continuation of the shift operation at a change of a shift position to a target shift position. When a determination is made to disallow continuation of the shift operation, only the selection operation is performed, and the shift operation is prohibited. When a determination is made to allow continuation of the shift operation, the shift operation is allowed.

摘要: A changing system in a manual transmission is provided. An interlock plate is mounted on a shift-selecting shaft capable of being moved axially in response to a selecting operation and turned about an axis in response to a shifting operation, so that the interlock plate cannot be turned about an axis of the shift-selecting shaft. The interlock plate has a pair of side plate portions which are provided at locations spaced apart from each other in an axial direction of the shift-selecting shaft and through which the shift-selecting shaft extends. A shifting arm disposed between the side plate portions is fixed to the shift-selecting shaft. In such changing system, the shifting arm and an interlock member operatively connected to the shifting arm are interposed between the side plate portions of the interlock plate. Thus, the shifting arm can be used commonly in manual transmissions, in despite of a difference in number of forward speed stages between the manual transmissions, thereby providing a reduction in cost and avoiding an increase in weight due to a variation in number of forward speed stages.
