    摘要: A cylinder positioning control apparatus designed to effect positioning of a cylinder by learning control that uses not only an overrun distance but also a cylinder speed as input data for control. The apparatus has a device for taking in a displacement x and speed V of a cylinder, a device for calculating a predicted overrun distance y.sub.i for the present drive from a predicted overrun distance y.sub.i-1 in the preceding drive, a cylinder speed V.sub.i-1 at the time of outputting a braking signal during the preceding drive, and a speed V.sub.i of the cylinder being driven, a device for judging whether or not a condition to be satisfied to output a braking signal is satisfied, and for outputting a braking signal when the condition is satisfied, a device for taking in a displacement x.sub.bp and speed V.sub.bp of the cylinder when the braking signal is output, a device for taking in a displacement x.sub.stop of the cylinder when it has stopped, and a device for calculating a predicted overrun distance y.sub.1-1 and a cylinder speed V.sub.i-1 at the time of outputting a braking signal, which are to be used in calculation for the subsequent drive, from the displacement x.sub.bp and speed V.sub.bp of the cylinder when the braking signal was output, and the displacement x.sub.stop of the cylinder stopped.

    摘要: A data transmission system which provides a better level of transmission quality, without being affected by skew variations. A serial-to-parallel converter reforms a serial data stream into a set of parallel data streams. A sync pattern inserter generates and inserts sync patterns to the parallel data streams. The resultant sync pattern-inclusive data streams are, however, distorted with some propagation delay skews when they arrive at the receiving end. A data retimer extracts a reference clock from one of the received data streams, and retimes all streams with that reference clock, thus producing a set of retimed data streams. An in-sync detector produces pulse signals indicating the presence of sync patterns in the retimed data streams and determines whether each of those streams is in in-sync state. A phase adjuster identifies the propagation delay skews by examining the pulse signals, and adjusts the phase of each data stream to eliminate them.

A bypass passage bypassing longitudinal grooves for flow control provided on a cushion ring (74) is formed in a passage which provides communication between the outside and a main passage or a cylinder chamber (71, 72). A check valve (78A, 78B) is disposed in the bypass passage to allow a fluid to flow through the bypass passage only during the return stroke of the piston (6).

    摘要: A rodless cylinder with a position detector and a brake has a sliding table which is slidably retained on a cylinder tube. A moving member (piston yoke) of the rodless cylinder is secured to the sliding table. A brake unit part is connected to one side of the sliding table, and a sensor part is connected to the other side of the sliding table. A brake plate is disposed to extend through the brake unit part. Both ends of the brake plate are connected to a first and second head covers, respectively, which are provided at both ends of the cylinder tube. A first and second brake shoes are disposed to sandwich the brake plate therebetween. The first brake shoe is subjected to brake spring force. A passage for supplying a pressure fluid is communicated with the other side of the sliding table. Thus, the brake is actuated by allowing the brake spring force, together with a fluid pressure if necessary, to act on the first brake shoe, and the brake is released by the action of a fluid pressure.
