    摘要: A vehicle discharge lighting unit can include a bulb mounting slot provided in a resin base. The mounting slot has a channel diameter that fits with an outer bulb of a lamp. A flange can be provided for mounting the resin base to a reflector. A burner band mounting section of the base can extend towards the lamp along a discharge chamber direction and project within the reflector. The driver case can also be separated into a front case and a rear case. The resin base and the driver case can therefore be most appropriately shaped while also having improved dielectric strength. When either of the base or the driver case is defective, only the part that is defective needs to be replaced.

    摘要: The disclosed subject matter aims to provide a vehicle lighting device and an LED light source therefore. Accurate temperature detection of an LED chip and associated phosphor can be monitored in real time. The LED light source can include at least one LED chip mounted on a base and a phosphor layer disposed adjacent the LED chip. A mixed particulate phosphor for generating fluorescence by means of the light emitted from the above LED chip can also be provided. The LED light source can be configured to output mixed color light containing the light from the LED chip and the fluorescence from the phosphor. The LED light source can also include a temperature detecting element located on the base and LED chip to detect the temperature on the periphery of the LED chip.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for interference-fitting an inner member having a flange and an annular outer member. The apparatus includes a supporting member for floatingly supporting the inner member at its flange in the axial direction of the inner member. The floating support of the supporting member is changeable to a locked support such that the support member can support the inner member at its flange in the axial direction when it is locked. Before the interference-fitting is performed, the supporting member adjusts its support point and is locked. Because the inner member is supported at its flange in the axial direction during the interference-fitting, the inner member is not inclined even if it receives a circumferentially non-uniform force. As a result, a high quality fitting is obtained.

    摘要: A delivering apparatus for selectively delivering a work conveyed from one inlet path to one of three paths. The delivering apparatus is disposed at an intersection of the inlet path and the exit paths. The delivering apparatus comprises a series of free rollers, a first stopper, and a series of chains. The series of free rollers can take upper and lower positions in a vertical direction between which an uppermost portion of the series of chains is positioned. When the series of free rollers takes the upper position and the first stopper is opened, the work is selectively conveyed out onto a first exit path which is located opposite to the inlet path. When the series of free rollers takes the lower position, however, the work is selectively conveyed out onto either a second exit path or a third exit path according to the rotational direction of the series of chains.

One end of the screw electrode is connected to an output terminal of the high voltage side of the secondary coil on the starting transformer. And the other end of the screw electrode is screwed and connected to a terminal of a high voltage side of the socket.
