摘要： Provided is a USB connector capable of sensing the insertion of USB devices such as a mobile phone, PDA, MP3 player and the like into the USB connector. The USB connector includes: a fixing body which is shaped as a quadrangle and made of metal material; an insulating member which is inserted and fixed within the fixing body, and one side of which has a power terminal and a data terminal connected to respective lead pins; and a switching pin which is elastically coupled to one side of the insulating member such that the switching pin is insulated from the fixing body, and which senses the insertion of a USB device by being brought into contact with the USB device inserted into the fixing body.

摘要： There is provided an organic thin film transistor and a method of manufacturing the same. The organic thin film transistor includes: an insulating substrate on which a plurality of barrier ribs and a plurality of grooves partitioned by the barrier ribs are formed; source and drain electrodes each formed on the grooves spaced apart from each other among the plurality of grooves; a gate electrode formed on the groove between the source and drain electrodes; an opening formed by etching the barrier ribs between the source electrode and the gate electrode and between the gate electrode and the drain electrode; a gate insulating film formed on the opening; and an organic semiconductor layer formed on the gate insulating film. The organic thin film transistor is capable of mass production and has excellent electrical characteristics.

The rotor position sensing apparatus includes: an absolute position sensor for sensing absolute position information for a rotor; a pulse generator for generating increment pulses with a predetermined period; a rotor position estimating unit for calculating the rotor position using the absolute position information and the number of the increment pulses counted in synchronization with the absolute position information at the time of sampling, wherein the rotor position estimating unit re-calculates the calculated rotor position by adding one or more increment values to the number of the increment pulses if the number of the increment pulses equals to the number of increment pulses at the time of just previous sampling; and an output unit for generating a signal having information concerning the calculated rotor position or the re-calculated rotor position, wherein the increment value is proportional to the rotor rotation speed and the sampling period.
