A sewing direction control apparatus for sewing machine, comprising: a base plate (10), a circular ring-shaped transmission element (20) dispose on the base plate (10) and a driving element (50) with a driving unit (52). During sewing, the driving unit (52) drives the transmission element (20), rotating a sewing product (A) placed at the center of the transmission element (20) with the driving element (52), thereby controlling the sewing direction of the sewing product (A), and thus improving the sewing accuracy. The direction control apparatus has low cost, and is suitable for various types of automatic sewing machines.
Abstract:
An automatic vision aligned scriber includes a table, an adsorption orientation device, a bridge, a moving platform, a service controller, a printing head, a camera, a lamp and an image processor. The scriber uses a flat table for placing each footwear assembly waiting for scribing. An image system can identify each footwear assembly and measure its position and orientation on the table. A manipulator is used for controlling the printing head to move above the table and printing the lineation on each footwear assembly according to its special position and orientation relative to the table. The scriber has the advantages of digitalization and space saving.

A system for applying hot melt adhesive powder onto a non-metallic object surface comprises a convey belt, a radiation chamber, a spraying chamber and a heating chamber. The convey belt is used to deliver a non-metallic object treated by a cleaning agent and a conductive liquid through the radiation chamber where the surface of the non-metallic objected is radiated by ultraviolet rays and ozone and then through the spraying chamber where the surface of the non-metallic object is sprayed with charged hot melt adhesive powder, and finally into the heating chamber where the hot melt adhesive powder attached onto the non-metallic object will be melted into a liquid adhesive film ready to be bonded.

A method for applying hot melt adhesive powder onto a sole or shoe part includes the steps of applying a cleaning agent, irradiating, applying a conductive liquid which has a conductivity at least 100 times higher than water, spraying hot melt adhesive powder; and heating. The method can save energy, reduce the working space, reduce the labor intensity and improve the working environment by making the spraying and the melting operation of the hot melt adhesive carry out automatically.

A method and a system for applying hot melt adhesive powder onto a non-metallic surface are disclosed. The hot melt adhesive powder is sprayed out from a spray head while being charged with electrostatic charges, and then the charged hot melt adhesive powder will be attached to the whole surface of a non-metallic component by electrostatic force, or only attached to a desired area of the non-metallic component by pre-coating the desired area with conductive liquid. By spraying the hot melt adhesive in the form of powder, there is no need to heat the adhesive in advance. When the surface of the non-metallic component is 3-dimensional, the charged adhesive powder can be introduced onto the surface of the to-be-bonded component and attached to the desired surface without the omni-directional spraying operation. Excessive powder will be easily blown or brushed away and will be recycled.
