    摘要: Systems and methods deliver a dynamic telephone directory to wireless handsets of emergency services personnel for responding to an incident. When an incident occurs, wireless handsets of emergency services personnel near the incident are identified. An incident-specific telephone directory is generated using information stored in a database of emergency response personnel including wireless handsets of emergency services personnel within an incident response area plus personnel outside the area with responsibilities for managing or assisting in the incident response. The incident-specific telephone directory is then delivered to wireless handsets of emergency services personnel. The database of emergency services personnel and the incident-specific telephone directory may be organized by name, roles and responsibilities, agency, geography, incident type, and response plan. Wireless handsets within an incident response area may be those wireless handsets accessing a private network provided for emergency communications or by wireless handsets reporting their location to a central server.

    摘要: Method and apparatus for determining the alignment of a data track on a magnetic disc, for example a floppy disc and for determining the alignment of a read/write head in disc drive writing apparatus. In the method the radius of the circumferential center line of the track is determined by determining the radius of the peak value of the transverse envelope of the signal on the data track. The peak value is determined by computing the track average amplitude at a number of incremental positions transversely across the data track. The peak value and its radial position is then computed using a parabolic curve fitting technique.

    摘要: Embodiments of systems and methods provide deployable cellular telecommunication base stations capable of sending, receiving, and extending telephone calls in areas where commercial cellular communications are unavailable. The deployable base station can send and receive cellular telephone calls via cellular communication transceivers, and relay such calls to a distant teleport via a satellite communication link. The deployable base station includes routers for encoding voice calls in voice-over IP data format and for routing calls via the satellite communication link. The deployable base station may also include land mobile radio (LMR) communication interoperability circuits to enable LMR communications to be relayed to a distant teleport. At the teleport, received communications can be routed via a public switched telephone network to an intended receiver to enable telephone communications with the global commercial network from areas lacking commercial cellular communications.

A space management database system prepares and exports space management data for manual restacking by a user. The database system groups records by zone or by a commonality such as being located within a common divisible location, and exports the data in an editable format, e.g., as a spreadsheet. After a user edits the restack data to indicate a move within an organization's space under management, the data is imported back into the space management database, and then applied against one or more future planning periods to indicate a move of a cost center to or from a location.
