    摘要: A differential impulse conveyor system including detectable markers disposed in a series on a moving component of the conveyor system. A stationary sensor disposed in close proximity to the markers generates a signal when the moving component is in a first range of motion to dispose the markers proximal to the sensor, and the sensor either fails to generate a signal when the moving component is not within the first range of motion. The sensor signal causes a current conditioning device to condition current from a current source to operate a motor to power the conveyor tray at a first rate of acceleration in a first mode, and the lack of the signal causes the current conditioning device to operate the motor to power the conveyor tray at a second rate of acceleration in a second mode. Markers may be positionable to optimize the timing of the current modes.

    摘要: A pressure control valve located in an improved tubing hanger of an oil or gas wellhead. The pressure valve having in-line communication with the production bore and having pressure activation. The pressure activation is imparted by utilizing hydraulic pressure input through the existing test port into the tubing head adapter void space. The pressure actuates the in-line wellhead control valve in a safer, more efficient, and less expensive manner than current industry practices and provides a barrier to pressurized hydrocarbons, both liquid and gas, produced by the well. The control valve eliminates the need for a lubricator and expensive specialized equipment. The valve is easily operated by a standard hydraulic hand pump through the existing test port of the tubing head adapter, and fits inside the tubing hanger.

    摘要: A shoelace securing assembly for securing shoelaces on shoes without tying the shoelaces includes a block that has a plurality of apertures each extending therethrough. Each of the apertures insertably receives a respective one of a pair of shoelaces on a shoe having the shoe laces arranged into a pair of loops. In this way the block facilitates the shoe laces to be secured in lieu of tying a knot. Thus, the block facilitates a child to secure the shoe on the child's foot without knowing how to tie the shoelaces. Each of the apertures has a prominence therein and the prominence in each of the apertures frictionally engages the respective shoelaces for retaining the shoelaces in the block.

    摘要: An ion guide or ion trap is disclosed comprising a segmented linear ion guide or ion trap. Ions are confined radially within the ion guide or ion trap by the application of an AC or RF voltage to the electrodes. A static potential well is maintained along at least a portion of the axial length of the ion guide or ion trap. A time varying homogeneous electric field is applied along at least a portion of the axial length of the ion guide or ion trap. The combination of the static axial potential well and the time varying axial homogeneous electric field causes ions to be ejected from the ion guide or ion trap in a substantially non-resonant manner.
