摘要： The present invention provides a method for extracting Tremella polysaccharides by using buffer solution, which comprises the following steps: leaching Tremella powder in a buffer solution with heating to obtain the leachate; subjecting the said leachate to solid-liquid separation and obtaining the liquid component which contains Tremella polysaccharides; subjecting the said liquid component to alcohol precipitation, and the precipitate obtained is Tremella polysaccharides. According to the method of the invention, various buffer solutions can achieve the extraction rates of Tremella polysaccharides up to 33:12%, which is 3 to 4 times of that of the traditional water extraction method, and greatly improve the extraction yields of Tremella polysaccharides.

摘要： The invention provides recombinant GH61 proteins obtained from Myceliophtora thermophila, and nucleic acids that encode such proteins. The invention also provides protein fractions isolated from M. thermophila supernatant that have GH61 protein activity. These preparations can be used to increase yield of products from reactions in which a cellulose-containing substrate undergoes saccharification by one or more cellulase enzymes, such as endoglucanase, β-glucosidase, or cellobiohydrolase. Combinations of GH61 protein and cellulases can be used to break down cellulosic biomass into fermentable sugars in the production of ethanol.

The fusion protein agents can be useful for both diabetes treatment and GLP-1R receptor targeting MR imaging. The fusion protein comprises a first peptide that selectively binds to a site of a target cell and linked to a second peptide, where the fusion protein is more stable than the first peptide alone and may further comprise a detectable label. The first peptide of the fusion protein may be glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1)(7-36), or glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) (9-36), or a conservative variant thereof.
