    摘要: A liquid crystal display includes first and second sub-pixels charged with the same voltage during a first period. The voltage charged in the second sub-pixel is decreased after the first period. Since the voltage level of the first sub-pixel is different from the voltage level of the second sub-pixel after the first period, liquid crystal molecules disposed corresponding to the first sub-pixel are aligned in a direction different from that of liquid crystal molecules disposed corresponding to the second sub-pixel. Thus, a side viewing angle of the liquid crystal display is improved.

    摘要: An organic light-emitting substrate includes a base substrate, a gate line, a data line, a bias line, an organic light-emitting diode, a switching transistor, a driving transistor and a repair line. The bias line is spaced apart from the gate line and the data line. The organic light-emitting diode includes a pixel electrode, a common electrode and an organic light-emitting part. The switching transistor is connected to the gate line and the data line. The driving transistor is connected to the bias line, the pixel electrode and the switching transistor. The repair line is formed from a pixel metal layer that is identical to the pixel electrode to be spaced apart from the pixel electrode, and is formed along the first direction to be overlapped with the gate line. Therefore, the repair line may repair electric defects of the gate line.

    摘要: A light-sensing apparatus in which a light sensor transistor in a light-sensing pixel is formed of an oxide semiconductor transistor for sensing light, a method of driving the light-sensing apparatus, and an optical touch screen apparatus including the light-sensing apparatus. The light-sensing apparatus includes a light-sensing pixel array having a plurality of light-sensing pixels arranged in rows and columns, and a plurality of gate lines which are arranged in a row direction and respectively provide a gate voltage to the light-sensing pixel. Each of the light-sensing pixels includes a light sensor transistor for sensing light and a switch transistor for outputting a light-sensing signal from the light sensor transistor, and gates of the light sensor transistors of the light-sensing pixels arranged in an arbitrary row are connected to a gate line arranged in a row previous or next to the arbitrary row.

    摘要: A display substrate includes a driving element, a switching element, a gate line, a data line, a driving voltage line and an electroluminescent element. The driving element includes a driving control electrode formed from a first conductive layer, and a driving input electrode and a driving output electrode formed from a second conductive layer. The switching element includes a switching control electrode formed from the second conductive layer, and a switching input electrode and a switching output electrode formed from a third conductive layer. The gate and data lines are formed from the second and third conductive layers, respectively. The driving voltage line is formed from the third conductive layer. Thus, misalignment between upper and lower patterns may be prevented to improve the reliability of a manufacturing process and increase an aperture ratio, thereby enhancing display quality.

The first and second connection parts are disposed in the non-display area.     摘要: An exemplary embodiment of the present invention discloses a display substrate including a pixel connected to a first gate line and a data line. The pixel includes a first sub-pixel including a first liquid crystal capacitor and a first switching element including a gate electrode connected to the first gate line, a source electrode connected to the data line, and a drain electrode connected to the first liquid crystal capacitor. The pixel also includes a second sub-pixel including a second liquid crystal capacitor and a second switching element including a gate electrode connected to the first gate line, a source electrode connected to the data line, and a drain electrode connected to the second liquid crystal capacitor. The pixel further includes a controller including a control capacitor and a control switching element, the control switching element connected between a terminal of the control capacitor and the drain electrode of the second switching element. The control capacitor includes a first capacitor electrode and a second capacitor electrode. The first capacitor electrode is arranged on the same level on the display substrate as the gate electrode or is arranged on the same level on the display substrate as the source electrode and the drain electrode. The second capacitor electrode is arranged on the same level on the display substrate as a pixel electrode.
