    摘要: A remote control system capable of precise operations or treatments in which the visual recognition and operation portions are as close to each other as possible, including: a) an imaging device for taking an image of the object; b) a manipulation tool having at its tip an illuminator for casting a spot light onto the object; c) a driver for changing the position of the manipulation tool; d) an external display unit for displaying an image; e) an input unit for allowing an operator to specify a position corresponding to the display of the external display unit; f) a distance calculator for calculating the distance between the position specified through the input unit and the position of the spot light cast from the illuminator onto the object; and g) a controller for controlling, based on the aforementioned distance, the driver so as to bring the tip of the manipulation tool closer to the specified position.

    摘要: A gazing point illuminating device is provided with: a light source; a direction changing mechanism for changing the lighting direction of the light source; a gazing direction detector for detecting the direction of the user's gazing line; and a controller for changing the lighting direction corresponding to the detected gazing direction. When, LEDs are used as the light source, and the light source is attached to the goggles worn by a user, the goggles can be useful gazing point illuminating device by themselves even if they do not include gazing point or direction detectors, because a person normally look straight ahead except for unusual occasions where he/she purposefully avert his/her gaze. Thus, an illuminating device fixed to a person's head for lighting forward is a gazing point illuminating device. It is preferred to provide an LED panel at the left and right ends of goggles.

When a plurality of types of packages having different transmission speeds coexist at one of the transmission channel interfaces, it is concluded that all the packages in the transmission channel interface are erroneously mounted.

    摘要: In a high-frequency power source, a malfunction is prevented by precisely removing harmonic components or a modulated wave component which develops while producing a plasma, and a proper high frequency power can be impressed on a plasma processing apparatus. The high-frequency power source includes a power monitor constituted of a directional coupler, a mixer, a 100 kHz low-pass filter, a low-frequency detector, and an oscillator. A 100 MHz high-frequency wave including modulated wave components and the like extracted by the directional coupler and 99.9 MHz high-frequency wave oscillated by the oscillator are added by the mixer. An output of the addition is converted by the low-frequency detector into 100 kHz, resulting in detection.
