摘要： An apparatus (10) for melt-adhering resin pipes, comprising support means (11, 12) for supporting a resin pipe (1) engaged with a resin joint (2), and laser irradiation means (30) for irradiating a laser beam onto a portion of the resin pipe engaged with the resin joint. Further, an axial direction driving means and a circumferential direction driving means may be provided so that the laser irradiation means (30) moves in the circumferential direction and in the axial direction of the resin pipe.

An optical system focuses a plurality of light beams emitted from the point light sources into a single light beam and irradiates a target object to be irradiated with the single light beam. The single light beam is obtained with a desired light intensity profile according to a combination of positions where the point light sources are arranged and intensity distributions of the light beams emitted from the point light sources.

Each of the second grooves has at least one shallower groove section formed to have a less depth from the second surface than depth of a remaining groove section and provided to form a communication flow channel on the first surface side, which is arranged to communicate between two flow path spaces for the first fluid that are adjacent to each other across the shallower groove section.
