摘要: An illumination control apparatus configured to control brightness of a plurality of illumination devices that is provided in a plurality of sections, respectively, includes: a detection unit configured to detect presence or absence of a person in each of the plurality of sections based on an output of a video camera configured to take images of the plurality of sections; and a control unit configured to turn on an illumination device of a detected section among the plurality of illumination devices, the detected section being a section where a person is detected, turn off an illumination device of a section other than the detected section and an adjacent section among the plurality of illumination devices, the adjacent section being a section adjacent to the detected section, and control brightness of the illumination device of the adjacent section so that illuminance of the detected section becomes predetermined illuminance.

摘要: An air-conditioning-control apparatus of an air-conditioning system, which includes a plurality of air conditioners respectively provided in a plurality of sections obtained by virtually dividing a space to be air-conditioned, the conditioners configured to set the sections at desired temperatures, respectively, includes: a people-detection unit to detect presence or absence of a person in each of the sections; a memory to store temperature-adjustment data, for adjusting a setting temperature in each of the air conditioners, which is of a plurality of types each in accordance with a pattern of presence or absence of a person in each of the sections; and an adjustment unit to select the temperature-adjustment data of a pattern corresponding to a detection result of the people-detection unit from among the temperature-adjustment data of a plurality of types, and adjust the setting temperature of each of the air conditioners in accordance with the selected temperature-adjustment data.

摘要: An electrical equipment management system includes: a total electrical energy information acquiring unit disposed in a building having a plurality of sections, the unit to acquire total electrical energy information indicative of total electrical energy consumed in a whole of the sections; an individual electrical energy acquiring unit to acquire individual electrical energy information indicative of electrical energy consumption in each section depending on the total electrical energy; and a control information output unit to output control information for controlling operation of electrical equipment disposed in the sections so that electrical energy consumption thereof does not exceed an upper limit, in accordance with difference between the individual electrical energy information and upper limit information indicative of an upper limit of electrical energy consumption for each predetermined period for each of the sections as well as remaining period information indicative of a remaining period before a lapse of the predetermined period.
