摘要： An antenna device used for a UHF tuner or the like, which comprises a combination of an antenna coil formed of single-covered wire with an insulator covering the antenna coil. The insulator is dividedly molded into a coil containing member having an antenna coil containing recess and a terminal member having a pair of antenna terminals and a resistor containing recess, a fitting portion to be fitted between the coil containing member and the terminal member is provided, and at the terminal member a cover for closing an opening at the coil containing recess. The coil containing member containing the antenna coil in the coil containing recess and the terminal member containing a resistor in the resistor containing recess are integrally connected by press-fitting of the fitting portion and the antenna coil is housed in the insulator, thereby obtaining the insulating property equivalent to a double covered wire without deforming the the coil during or after the assembly of the antenna device.

摘要： A feedthrough capacitor arrangement which comprises a frame having a first recess, printed circuit boards disposed in the vicinity of the frame, a feedthrough capacitor having an outer electrode and a central electrode placed in the first recess and a shield member for pressing the feedthrough capacitor placed in the first recess thereby to hold the feedthrough capacitor in association with the frame. In this arrangement, the outer electrode of the feedthrough capacitor is soldered to the frame and to the shield member while the central electrode is soldered to conductor patterns on the printed circuit boards.

摘要： A VHF television tuner circuit is adapted for selecting a channel from a plurality of VHF television channels and a UHF/VHF converted television channel, by mechanical selection to form a resonant circuit having electrical characteristics corresponding to the selected channel. The tuner circuit is coupled to a VHF television signal terminal and a UHF/VHF converted television signal terminal. The tuner circuit comprises a channel selection means including a first switch and a second switch each comprising movable contacts fixedly positioned on a channel selection shaft and stationary contacts corresponding to the selectable channel positions and positioned in proximity to the movable contacts for coaction therewith. The first switch comprises a movable/stationary contact combination positioned in the vicinity of the VHF television signal terminal and responsive to selection of the UHF/VHF converted channel position for being grounded for electrostatically shielding the VHF television signal terminal. The second switch comprises a movable/stationary contact combination responsive to selection of the UHF/VHF converted channel position for connecting the UHF/VHF converted television signal terminal to the radio frequency amplifier.

A theoretical deviation of a screw engaging position is theoretically calculated on the basis of a distance by which a movable die has been moved from an origin set for a mold thickness adjustment in clamping process. A measured deviation of the screw engaging position is measured from a distance between a mold clamping cylinder and a movable platen in clamping process. The screw engaging position adjuster is so controlled that a difference between the theoretical deviation and the measuring deviation is within an allowable deviation having previously been set.

摘要： A communication card and the structure of a jack therefor. The end face of the card is provided with a slit-like aperture. Into the aperture there is inserted a base plate having a thickness smaller than the width of the aperture so as to allow insertion into the interior of the card and removal from the card. The base plate is provided with a notch directed to the outside when viewed from the card. The notch passes through the base plate in the direction of its thickness. The jack is formed by utilizing this notch. The plug, on the other hand, is of a rectangular parellelpiped shape and is electrically coupled to a cord. The inner surface of the notch is configured so as to be able to receive the plug. When the plug is inserted, the notch receives and holds the plug. At that time, the notch receives and holds the plug in such a manner that the direction of the longest edge among the edges of the plug, or the extending direction of the cord is parallel to the major planes of the card.
