    摘要: A comparator circuit for comparing outputs of an on-chip redundant system is mounted on a second semiconductor chip that is separate from the on-chip redundant system. The second semiconductor chip which preferably contains a power source circuit for supplying power to the on-chip redundant system, a driver circuit for driving an output circuit, and the like are mounted. With this configuration, the influence of a failure occurring in the on-chip redundancy system can be prevented from being exerted on the comparator measure.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to improve reliably of an on-chip redundancy system by preventing influence of a physical failure exerted on an entire semiconductor chip. A comparator measure for comparing outputs of an on-chip redundancy system is mounted on a semiconductor chip different from the on-chip redundancy system. The another semiconductor chip is, preferably, mounted on a semiconductor chip on which a power source circuit for supplying power to the on-chip redundancy system redundantly having the comparing function in the chip, a driver circuit for driving an output circuit, and the like are mounted. With the configuration, the influence of a failure occurring in the on-chip redundancy system can be prevented from being exerted on the comparator measure.

    摘要: A motor control system which can realize current detection with high accuracy by using an amplifier having an ordinary level of accuracy and can avoid deterioration of current detection accuracy even when emperature is changed. The motor control system comprises a switch circuit for supplying a driving current to a motor, a resistor for detecting the driving current, an amplification circuit for amplifying a potential difference across the resistor, an input section switch unit disposed in an input section of the amplification circuit and changing over the potential difference to be forward biased or reverse biased, an output section switch unit disposed in an output section of the amplification circuit and changing over an output voltage of the amplification circuit to be forward biased or reverse biased, and a CPU for averaging a voltage produced when the output voltage of the amplification circuit is forward biased, and a voltage produced when the output voltage of the amplification circuit is reverse biased.

    摘要: A fuel supply system detects the detects operating condition of an engine, calculates the width of the fuel injection pulse including valve-opening signal and holding signal based on the detected operating condition, and supplies valve-opening current to the solenoid located in the fuel injector based on the fuel injection pulse width and a holding current for holding the valve-opening condition after the valve-opening current has reached the predetermined current value. Current is supplied to the solenoid when the logical product of the valve-opening signal and the holding signal has been formed. The fuel supply system diagnoses an abnormality of the fuel injector when the time period from the start of the fuel injection pulse until the valve-opening current reaches the predetermined current value is shorter than the predetermined one.
