摘要: An imaging system may include an image sensor array and column randomizing multiplexers. The imaging system may include a data output circuit and image readout circuitry such as analog amplifiers, analog-to-digital converters, and memory circuits. The column randomizing multiplexers may include a first column randomizing multiplexer between the image sensor array and at least some of the image readout circuitry. The first column randomizing multiplexer may randomly connect columns of the image sensor array to the image readout circuitry. The connections made by the first column randomizing multiplexer may be randomized as each row of the image sensor array is read out. The column randomizing multiplexers may include a second column randomizing multiplexer between at least some of the image readout circuitry and the data output circuit. The second column randomizing multiplexer may reorder image data for the image readout circuitry.

摘要: A method is realized for easily performing, without using a masking tape, an operation to accurately form a coating film 31 only on a coated section (α8) partly formed on the surface of a hub main body 13a. The upper end face of a rubber closed end cylindrical masking cover 32 is elastically pressed against the outside end surface of a cylindrical section 16 forming the hub main body 13a. As a result a border section between the coated section (α8) and the portion adjacent to the coated section (α8) can be made liquid-tight. In this state, coating particles are electrodeposited on the coated section (α8) by bringing a coating liquid 28 discharged from a liquid supply tube 29 into contact with the coated section (α8). By adopting such a method, the problems can be solved.

摘要: To realize a high-quality flat-face type of color cathode ray tube by combining a tint panel with a pressed mask, the outer surface of the panel of the color cathode ray tube is made nearly flat and the inner surface of the panel is curved in a concave shape, and the long-length direction pitch of slots formed in an aperture region 2 of a pressed mask 1 to be disposed close to the inner surface and the connection-direction width of each of bridges which connect the slots are made different between a central portion (A) and a peripheral portion (B) in the apertured region 2 of the pressed mask 1, whereby the ratio of bridges per unit area is made larger in the central portion (A) than in the peripheral portion (B) or the opening rate of slots per unit area is made larger in the peripheral portion (B) than in the central portion (A). According to this construction, the mechanical strength of the central portion (A) of the pressed mask becomes large, whereby it is possible to restrain the occurrence of undesired deformation of the pressed mask 1 due to the increase of the radius of curvature of the central portion (A) and it is possible to uniformize brightness over the entire screen.

摘要: A solid proton exchange membrane and a membrane-electrode assembly (MEA) for use in fabricating an inexpensive and efficient proton exchange fuel cell (PEFC) which enables direct use of an organic fuel without a reformer and use of hydrogen gas. In particular, an electrochemical cell including a solid electrolyte membrane made of one or plural kinds of layered silicate minerals or intercalation compounds. The layered silicate minerals can be easily fabricated into a solid electrolyte membrane which shows a “molecular sieve effect” on the target fuel if the density and impregnated liquid contents are properly controlled. The catalyst can be selected from a wide range of candidate materials. The use of the layered silicate mineral allows to fabricate an inexpensive direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) and a realistic direct ethanol fuel cell (DEFC). Furthermore, an energy-efficient PEFC using hydrogen gas can also be produced therefrom.

摘要: A color picture tube has a panel which is substantially flat on its outer surface, while an inner surface of the panel is curved, and a shadow mask having a curved plane with a curvature that is greater than that of the curved plane on the inner panel surface. The panel is made of glass, such as a tint material, a ring-like magnet assembly (PCM) for convergence adjustment is provided outside of the neck, a first electromagnetic quadrupole coil is further attached to a portion outside of the neck for causing an electron beam spacing to change or vary in accordance with the deflection angle, and a second electromagnetic quadrupole coil is attached to a deflection yoke. The distance between adjacent ones of three cathodes of an electron gun is determined to be greater than or equal to 6.0 millimeters (mm).

摘要: A decoder circuit of the present invention, mounted on an integrated circuit, decodes input voltage Vin supplied to a single external input terminal into three or more control outputs, and an object of the present invention is to reduce the size of a chip. The foregoing decoder circuit includes: a P-type transistor in which an emitter is connected to a power source line of high level, a base is connected to the external input terminal, and a collector is an output terminal of a first control output; and an N-type transistor in which an emitter is connected to a power source line of low level, a base is connected to the external input terminal, and a collector is an output terminal of a second control output, and decodes the control outputs to three or more sets of data by carrying out logic operations. Therefore, as compared to the case of using a comparator requiring many transistors, a constant current source, and other elements, one each transistor is required for each of the two control outputs to be generated. This facilitates size reduction of a chip.

摘要: A predetermined number of sprags 21 are consecutively inserted into sprag pockets 45 in a boss 44 on a rotary index table by a sprag inserting section 50. Then, a ribbon spring 22 is fitted to the boss 44 by a ribbon-spring fitting section 60, and an outer retainer 23 is fitted thereto by an outer-retainer fitting section 70. At the same time, the boss 44 is continuously rotated to move the sprags 21 radially outward by centrifugal force, thereby allowing the sprags 21 to be inserted and fitted into sprag inserting windows 28 and 30 of the ribbon spring 22 and the outer retainer 23. Further, an inner retainer 24 is fitted to the boss 44 by an inner-retainer fitting section 80 to insert and fit the sprags 21 into the sprag pockets 45 of the inner retainer 24.
