    摘要: An ultrasonic transducer includes a case, a reflective portion, and a piezoelectric body. The case has a substantially cylindrical shape including one closed end in the center axis direction that defines a top. The piezoelectric body is disposed on the inner surface of the top of the case. The reflective portion is arranged to oppose and be spaced apart from the piezoelectric body. The distance between the piezoelectric body and the reflective portion is greater than the maximum displacement of the piezoelectric body and is substantially an odd number multiple of a ¼ wavelength of sound waves or less than or equal to the ¼ wavelength.

    摘要: A vibrating gyroscope 10 includes a regular quadrangular prism-shaped vibrator 12. The vibrator 12 includes, a first piezoelectric base plate 14a and a second piezoelectric base plate 14b, which are polarized reversely each other in a direction of thickness. On a main surface of the first piezoelectric base plate 14a, two divided electrodes 16, 16 are formed in laterally spaced relationship. On a main surface of the second piezoelectric base plate 14b, a common electrode 18 is formed. Between the first piezoelectric base plate 14a and the second piezoelectric base plate 14b, a dummy electrode 20 is formed. One output terminal of an oscillation circuit 30 as a driving means is connected to the two divided electrodes 16, 16 of the vibrator 12, via resistors 32a and 32b. Another output terminal of the oscillation circuit 30 is connected to the common electrode 18 of the vibrator 12. The two divided electrodes 16, 16 of the vibrator 12 are respectively connected to a non-inverting input terminal and an inverting input terminal of a differential amplifier circuit 36 as a detecting means, via resistors 34a and 34b.

    摘要: A pulse wave measurement device includes a vibrating membrane configured to transfer displacement of a skin surface caused by a pulse wave, a frame portion configured to fix the outer region of the vibrating membrane, a partitioning portion configured to partition a central region of the vibrating membrane into a plurality of sections, and a plurality of sensor elements respectively provided in the plurality of sections and arranged on the vibrating membrane within each of the plurality of sections. The sensor element in each section is configured to convert vibration of the vibrating membrane in that section into an electric signal. The partitioning portion is coupled to the vibrating membrane. The vibrating membrane is coupled to the frame portion. Thus, the sections of the vibrating membrane partitioned by the partitioning portion vibrate individually, and each section of the vibrating membrane does not substantially interfere with the other sections.

    摘要: A vibration gyroscope 10 includes a vibrator 12. The vibrator 12 has a vibration member 14 formed in a regular triangular prism shape. On side faces of the vibration member 14, piezoelectric elements 16a, 16b and 16c are formed. Two of the piezoelectric elements 16a and 16b are connected to resistors 26 and 28, respectively. Between the other feedback piezoelectric element 16c and these resistors, an oscillation circuit 30 is connected. A signal having a phase opposite to that of the signal output from the feedback piezoelectric element 16c is input to the vibration member 14 serving as a grounding terminal by a phase inverter 34. The signals output from the two piezoelectric elements 16a and 16b are input to a differential circuit 36. The differential circuit 36 is connected to a synchronous detection circuit 38 and connected to a smoothing circuit 40 and a DC amplifier 42 in series.

    摘要: A vibration gyroscope includes a vibrator. The vibrator has a vibration member formed in a regular triangular prism shape. On side faces of the vibration member, three piezoelectric elements are formed, respectively. Two of the piezoelectric elements are connected to the input terminal of an oscillation circuit through resistors which serve as the loads of the two piezoelectric elements, respectively. The output terminal of the oscillation circuit is connected to the other piezoelectric element. The former piezoelectric elements are also connected to the non-inverting input terminal and the inverting input terminal of a differential amplifier circuit, respectively. By changing the impedances of the resistors, the characteristics of the vibration gyroscope is adjusted.

    摘要: A vibrating gyroscope includes a vibrating unit and a driving unit for driving the vibrating unit. The vibrating unit includes at least a pair of piezoelectric bodies stacked and polarized in a stacked direction thereof such that polarizing directions of the piezoelectric bodies are opposed to each other. An interface between the piezoelectric bodies is electrically floating with respect to a reference potential. The driving circuit receives at least one feedback signal from the vibrating unit and outputs to the vibrating unit a driving signal which has substantially the same phase as the feedback signal.
