Store information kept in a store information storage unit (100) is provided to each user. User taste information (T) including the values of taste on feature items of each genre is stored for each user in a user taste information storage unit (110). Store evaluation information (E) including the values of evaluation on the feature items of its genre is stored for each store in a store evaluation information storage unit (120). A store information providing unit (130) selects store information having the store evaluation information (E) matched with the user taste information (T) and provides it to the user. If the user views specific store information or utilizes a specific store, the specific store is recoded in a target store recording unit (150) as a target store. A taste value updating unit (140) updates the user taste information (T) on the basis of the store evaluation information (E) of the accumulated target store.

Tables show statistical degrees of interest of users in association with respective geographical areas, respective time periods, and respective store genres. The degree of accordance of the retrieved file is corrected based on the corresponding degrees of interest in the tables, and a list is presented, in which stores are sorted in the large order of the corrected degree of accordance, to the phone. The store information selected by the user from the list is distributed to the phone.

摘要： A surface treated electrode applicable to an electrode of a zinc-halogen secondary battery, etc. The surface plastic electrode includes (a) an electrically conductive electrode substrate material; and (b) a surface treatment material on the electrode substrate material, the surface treatment material being made of a phenol resin series activated charcoal fiber satisfying predetermined characteristic such that a weight per unit area substantially equal to 100 g/m.sup.2 or more, pore diameter having a distribution peak in a range from 1.5 nm to 3.5 nm, a surface area of a part substantially equal to or more than 30 m.sup.2 /g occupied by pores whose diameters range from 1 nm to 11 nm, a whole relative surface area of the entire pore diameter ranging substantially equal to or more than 1500 m.sup.2 /g, a tensile strength substantially equal to or more than 294 MPa (30 kg/mm.sup.2) and a tensile modulus substantially equal to or less than 14710.5 MPa (1500 kg/mm.sup.2). The conductive electrode substrate material is, for example, carbon plastic, glassy carbon, or Carbon-Carbon (C/C) composite. In the case of the C/C composite electrode substrate material, an ion exchange fiber is adhered onto one surface of the C/C composite electrode substrate material to form a three-layer type electrode.
