摘要: A window drain for preventing stains on a building wall and damage caused by (frozen) rain water, which is installable and sealable easily without impairing the appearance of a building. The present invention relates to a window drain adaptable to be positioned beneath a sill of a sash window frame having a vertical portion, a sloping portion, a front portion, and a horizontal portion for latching to an upper portion of an external wall. Further, the present invention relates to a window drain, wherein the horizontal portion has notches at both ends thereof. Further, the present invention relates to a window drain, further having upstanding portions at both ends of the window drain to regulate a stream of water so that the water is kept between the upstanding portions.

摘要: Peripheral ribs 34A, 34B of a damper plate 30 are raised from at least two sides along an extending direction of a rotation shaft 31 among four sides forming the peripheral portion of the damper plate 30 and have belt-like outer surfaces. When the damper plate 30 is positioned at a position to close a ventilation path 40, the outer surface of the upper peripheral rib 34A becomes parallel with an upper wall surface 13A of the retainer with a narrow clearance therebetween and the outer surface of the lower peripheral rib 34B becomes parallel with a lower wall surface 13B of the retainer with a narrow clearance therebetween.

摘要: The present invention provides a building material in which a coating is applied to a front surface and a side surface is sufficiently adhered to a sealing and method for manufacturing thereof. In a building material in which a coating is applied to a front surface, a coating film on a side surface is removed or reduced by laser irradiation. The part of the side surface in which the coating film has been removed or reduced by laser irradiation has a width of at least 5 mm from a front surface side toward a rear surface side of the building material, or extends over the entire side surface from the front surface side toward the rear surface side of the building material, or is formed more than a part in which coating film is formed.

摘要: A method for producing a multilayer ceramic circuit substrate having therein internal conductor patterns comprising W and/or Mo as a main component and surface conductor patterns comprising Cu as a main component formed onto a surface layer of the multilayer ceramic circuit substrate, wherein an intermediate metal layer comprising 40 to 90 wt. % of W and/or Mo and 10 to 60 wt. % of at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ir, Pt, Ti, and Cr is formed in through-holes of the surface layer and on parts of the surface layer in the vicinity of the through holes on the surface layer, whereby the internal conductor patterns and the surface conductor patterns are electrically connected through the intermediate metal layer. The alumina multilayer ceramic circuit substrate enables an excellent bonding strength and electrical conductivity between the internal conductors and the surface conductors and high precision wiring and miniaturization of an electronic circuit part.

摘要: An elastic bushing assembly including a rigid sleeve member disposed radially inwardly of an outer sleeve, the sleeve member having a radial flange extending radially outwardly from one axial end thereof, an elastic member interposed between the outer sleeve and the sleeve member, an inner sleeve disposed radially inwardly of the sleeve member, a sliding member interposed between the inner sleeve and the sleeve member and slidable relative to one of the inner sleeve and the sleeve member. A retainer member is located at one axial end of the inner sleeve corresponding to the radial flange of the sleeve member, and a sealing rubber member is in pressed abutting contact with the radial flange of the sleeve member and the retainer member, so as to provide sealing therebetween. The rubber member includes two radially spaced-apart annular sealing lips whose diameters increase in an axially outward direction of the sleeve member away from the radial flange. The outer sealing lip has a tapered distal end face whose diameter decreases in the axially outward direction.

An external wall constructing structure 1 comprising external wall panels that are joined to each other by vertical and horizontal shiplap joints and secured to a skeleton of a building by securing a metal fitting 5. 摘要: An operation load application member 40 includes: a pivot support portion 41, a leg portion 43 having a first projection 44 and a second projection 45 at its tip; and a connection portion 42 which connects the pivot support portion 41 and the leg portion 43 together. The pivot support portion 41, the leg portion 43, and the connection portion 42 are unitarily formed. The operation load application member 40 can generate, by itself, a plurality of operation loads and a plurality of operation feels. Accordingly, there is provided an air blowing device which can reduce manufacturing cost while maintaining satisfactory operation loads and operation feels.
