Abstract:
A light-emitting device is provided that aims not to affect a service life and characteristics of light emission and includes two electrodes formed on the upper surface of a substrate with a gap at a central portion of the upper surface of the substrate between the two electrodes, a first light-emitting diode element mounted on the first electrode, and a second light-emitting diode element mounted on the second electrode. The first light-emitting diode element includes a pair of element electrodes on an upper surface of the first light-emitting diode element and the second light-emitting diode element includes a pair of element electrodes on an upper surface of the second light-emitting diode element. The first light-emitting diode element is connected by a wire to the first electrode and/or the second electrode. The second light-emitting diode element is connected by a wire to the first electrode and/or the second electrode.
Abstract:
A side surface light emitting unit illuminates, from its side surfaces, one or more objects to be illuminated which are arranged to extend in one direction on a flat surface. The side surface light emitting unit is provided with a light guide body arranged along the side surface of the objects to be illuminated, for projecting light to the side surfaces of the objects, and an LED arranged at least on one end of the light guide body. In the side surface light emitting unit, the upper surface and the lower surface, excluding the side surfaces facing the objects, are blocked from light. The objects to be illuminated, such as key switches, can be brightly illuminated by unintermittent continuous outgoing light, along the arrangement direction of the objects from one end.
Abstract:
A light-emitting diode includes a substrate, a light-emitting diode element mounted on an upper surface of the substrate, and a sealing member that covers the light-emitting diode element. At least one pair of lower electrodes electrically connected to the light-emitting diode element and at least one pair of connecting electrodes connected to each other are disposed on the substrate. A connecting wiring pattern for connecting the pair of connecting electrodes is provided between the connecting electrodes.
Abstract:
Provided is a light-emitting device that aims not to affect a service life and characteristics of light emission by releasing heat from a substrate on that a plurality of LED elements mounted, and the LED elements generate the heat.A light-emitting device includes: a first electrode and a second electrode formed on the upper surface of a substrate with a gap between the first electrode and the second electrode, the gap being provided at a central portion of the upper surface of the substrate; at least one first light-emitting diode element mounted on the first electrode; and at least one second light-emitting diode element mounted on the second electrode.
Abstract:
A sheet switch module including a circuit board (22), at least one key switch (25) disposed on the circuit board, and a flexible light guiding sheet (31) which is disposed on the key switch and configured to cover the circuit board, the light guiding sheet being configured to flexibly fit over and follow the shape of the key switch along an outer surface of the key switch, when the light guiding sheet is disposed on the circuit board.
Abstract:
A through-hole extending from an element-mounting surface to a back surface of a substrate is formed along an edge area of a bottom surface of the substrate. This through-hole is filled with a conductive resin paste directly into a quarter through-hole made in the substrate. This makes the conductive resin paste firmly adhere to the substrate preventing the conductive resin paste from being peeling off from the quarter through-hole even if the through-hole is reduced in diameter or has a cross-sectional configuration.
