摘要: The motorcycle comprises a chassis frame (5); an engine (20), a hanger portion (21) suspended from the chassis frame (5); a pair of down tubes (9) extending downward in the fore portion of the chassis frame (5); and an engine hanger bracket (100), further comprising plate portions (101) and collar portions (106) disposed upon the plate portions (101), the engine hanger bracket (100) linked to the pair of down tubes (9) and the hanger portion (21). The motorcycle further comprises an upper suspension portion (112), which suspends the engine (20) by fastening the down tubes (9), the plate portions (101), the collar portions (106), and an upper hanger portion (22), in a state of being positioned in a linear state in the vehicle width direction; and a lower suspension portion (124), which suspends the engine (20) by fastening the plate portions (101) and a lower hanger portion (23).

摘要: A non-uniform load is prevented from acting on a cross member to reduce the weight of the cross member in a saddled vehicle.In the saddled vehicle has a vehicle body frame 11 for suspending an engine 12, a swing arm 14 for suspending a rear wheel WR freely swingably, pivot portions 29 which are formed as a right-and-left pair, constitute a part of the vehicle body frame 11 and pivotably support the swing arm 14, a lower cross member 28 for joining the pivot portions 29, a rear cushion 32 for applying elastic force to the swing arm 14, a link mechanism 31 for joining the lower end 32A of the rear cushion 32, the swing arm 14 and the pivot portions 29, a link joint stay 70 which is formed at the rear side of the lower cross member 28 and joins the link mechanism 31, and a lower hunger 48 that is formed at the front side of the lower cross member 28 and fixes the engine 12, the link joint stay 70 and the lower hunger 48 are formed at the same position with respect to the vehicle width direction.

摘要: A motorcycle wherein an attachment angle of a tail light bulb is increased to reduce a distance between a seat and a tail light unit, to improve the flexibility of a short tail design around a tail light of a motorcycle. The motorcycle includes a rear cowl attached to a rear part of a vehicle body frame, a seat catch arranged on a rear end portion of the vehicle body frame and configured to lock and to unlock an openable/closable seat, a tail light unit arranged behind the seat catch and attached to the rear cowl, a tail light bulb attached to the tail light unit in a forward-tilted state, and a rear fender covering an upper part of a rear wheel WR. An opening that allows access to the tail light bulb is formed at a portion of the rear fender facing the tail light bulb.

摘要: A saddle-ride type vehicle with a swing arm swingably supported on a body frame. A shock absorber is connected to the body frame and the swing arm for applying a damping force. A shock absorber support member is suspended to the body frame in a vehicle width direction for supporting an upper end of the shock absorber. The shock absorber is supported on a central portion in the vehicle width direction of the shock absorber support member. The central portion in the vehicle width direction of the shock absorber support member is formed in a U-shape that is open at a lower side in a cross section taken along a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. An upper surface and a lower surface of the shock absorber support member are curved wherein a central portion lies above the end portion in the vehicle width direction.
