摘要: High-density polyisocyanurate resins having improved rigidity, heat resistance and/or impact resistance can be obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate with a polymer polyol derived from a polyol having a molecular weight of at least 4500, and optionally a crosslinker, in the presence of trimerization catalyst, using isocyanate index of 200-5000.

摘要: A flexible polyurethane foam which produces a reduced amount of smoke when in contact with a flame and which has flame resistant properties is produced by reacting, under foaming conditions, a polyetherpolyol having a hydroxyl number of 25 - 80 and, a primary hydroxyl group content of at least 10% and a liquid mixture of a polyoxyethylenepolyol modified polyisocyanate and a polyisocyanate monomer.

摘要: The present invention is directed to flexible polyurethane foams useful as seat cushioning material for vehicles, aircraft, furniture and the like. The polyurethane foams are characterized by improved wet compression set properties, improved firmness, resilience and elongation. The foams are made by a process which comprises reacting a polyol having a hydroxyl equivalent of from 800-10,000, a glycerin derivative having oxyethylene groups thereon but characterized by having a significant number of unreacted secondary hydroxyl groups of glycerin, (c) water and (d) an organic polyisocyanate.

摘要: A water-absorbent resin dispersion comprising a water-absorbent resin (B) or a hydrous gel thereof dispersed in a liquid or heat-meltable organic active-hydrogen compound (A), wherein said resin (B) is formed by the polymerization of a water-soluble monomer or its precursor and a cross-linker and/or a polysaccharide in the compound (A); and a process for producing a polyurethane resin by the reaction of the dispersion with an organic polyisocyanate compound. As the polyurethane resin is excellent in the capacity and rate of absorption, it is useful as absorbent articles such as paper diaper and sanitary goods, humidity modifiers, cutoff material, and so forth.
