Abstract:
The present invention discloses a landslide experimental device for remotely controlling and simulating a constant seepage flow and weight load and an experimental method thereof in centrifuge test. The landslide experimental device includes a model box, a landslide device, a near-constant water flow control box, remote control devices and a water outlet pipe. The landslide device comprises a landslide model, a load balancing device, a weight storage device, an angle control panel and a tension bar. The remote control devices are arranged at the control box water outlet, at the control box water inlet, on the tension bar, on telescoping control sensors and on the weight storage device, respectively. With the present invention, the influences on the stability of landslide model with different landslide angles under the condition of the seepage flow and weight load can be simulated.
Abstract:
A gas sensor having a large operation current and being operated at a relatively low temperature includes a substrate having a first surface and a second surface. A sensing area is provided on the first surface for increasing the conductivity across it when the sensing area detects a certain gas. A controlling area is provided on the first surface and beside the sensing area for permitting a tunneling current to pass therethrough when the sensing area cannot sense a certain gas or when the gas sensor is adapted to be sufficiently supplied with power. This control area prevents the tunneling current from being generated when the sensing area detects certain gas and thus the conductivity is increased, so that when the first and the second surfaces are electrically connected to the power supply. The gas sensor will be in an on state when the gas sensor cannot sense there is the certain gas and be in an off state when the gas sensor detects the presence of certain gas. This gas sensor can avoid a dangerous explosion resulting from a flammable gas at a relatively high temperature. The gas sensor possesses a relatively short response time.

A concentration photovoltaic and heating apparatus including a printed circuit board (PCB), a power generating module, a heat conducting plate and a heat conducting pipe is provided. The power generating module includes a solar chip and a Fresnel lens. The solar chip is mounted on the PCB and configured for transforming light energy into electricity. The Fresnel lens is disposed over the solar chip and configured for focusing sunlight on the solar chip. The heat conducting plate carries the PCB. The heat conducting pipe is connected to the heat conducting plate. A fluid flowing in the heat conducting pipe is configured for being heated by a heat generated by the solar chip through the heat conducting plate.

A monolithic photo-chip with a solar device and a light-emitting device that can be manufactured by utilizing a method of selective area growth (SAG) is provided, which has the advantages of simple structure, compactness and cost-effectiveness. Moreover, a solar-powered illuminator including the monolithic photo-chip and a rechargeable battery is provided, which has the advantages of small size, compactness, simple integration, easy installation and cost-effectiveness. Accordingly, the solar-powered illuminator is very suitable for versatile application fields, such as the LD application field including a laser pointer, a laser sight, a laser aiming device, a laser level and a laser measuring tool, etc; or the LED application field including a decoration lamp, a courtyard lamp, a garden lamp and a advertisement lamp, a streetlamp, a warning sign and a indication sign for the road application, etc.

A wireless LAN antenna comprises a dielectric substrate having a first surface and a second surface. The first surface of the dielectric substrate has a rectangular loop. A rectangular grounding copper foil is adhered within the rectangular loop. A signal feeding copper foil is further included. One end of the signal feeding copper foil is connected to the rectangular loop and the grounding copper foil, while another end of the signal feeding copper foil running across another end of the rectangular loop. Moreover, a layer of back surface copper foil is plated to the back side of the printed circuit board. This back surface copper foil covers one half of the loop on the front surface. Adjustment of the transversal dimensions of the grounding copper foil will impedance-match the antenna to the feeding structure of the antenna.

The pressure cylinder includes a cylinder body, and a control rod extended retractably into the cylinder body. The control unit is configured to determine a pressure range as a function of displacement detected by the displacement sensor, and to maintain fluid pressure in the pressure cylinder within a pressure range, thereby controlling the control rod via the cylinder body to position the second end portion of the main spindle seat relative to the axis.

The present invention discloses a PCI-Express multimode expansion card comprising a PCI-Express interface port for insertion into a PCI-Express slot of a motherboard, a PCI-Express expansion port, a USB expansion port, and a jumper circuit connecting the PCI-Express interface port and the two expansion ports. The PCI-Express expansion port provides expandability by allowing the attachment of a PCI-Express interfaced peripheral device, and the USB expansion port provides expandability by allowing the attachment of a USB-interfaced peripheral device. As such, a single PCI-Express multimode expansion card inserted into a PCI-Express slot configured on the motherboard can be used to attach two peripheral devices with different interface, thereby achieving the function of multimode expansion.
